25 year old thermostat needed to be replaced. On time, willing to do a small job during busy time, took time to make sure all settings and functions on thermostat were understood and encouraged to call if with any questions that arise. Very knowledgeable of old heat pump systems. Competitive rates to the big companies but A-1 has just as good and definitely faster service. I recommend you give them a try before others. I will be using them now for my own residence for heating/cooling system maintenance and repairs. Thank you Jerome!

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Jerome and was able to get an appointment for the same day. He got the problem fixed in less than an hour for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend him for your HVAC repairs and service.

We’re in the middle of extreme heat with temps at nearly 100 all week and our heat pump just quits. I desperately called around after normal business hours and Jerome from A-1 called me back right away and said he’d come early the next day before his other jobs to check it out. I still haven’t heard back from other HVAC companies I left messages with, but A-1 not only called me back right away, but he helped us get our AC running!! 🙌🏼 I would have paid a lot more than he charged— he could have price gouged me if he wanted, but he was professional and honest. Definitely call A-1 if your AC breaks!! Seriously life savers.

Jerome Beattie is the kind of technician I believed no longer existed. I called him the day after Memorial Day, desperate because my a/c wasn’t cooling my home. He told me he would be over in the afternoon to take a look. He called a little later & had a cancellation, so lucky me he came over soon after. He found the problem & told me he would be back on Thursday with the equipment to restore my a/c! He is so experienced & knowledgeable. I recommend him highly if you’re looking for honest, experienced, & a trustworthy technician. He is what I refer to as, “old school.” The way repairmen were when I was a kid when you didn’t have to worry! Thanks, Jerome!
