Master Appliance Services could not assist because they don't service my location, but the person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude about it. It doesn't hurt to be nice sometimes.

These people will not fix the issue and they will ask you to contact your insurance which will charge you another deductible do not own up to their work verify they check the item they say they fixed otherwise your insurance will be calling them again to fix what they originally said they did fooled me once

I bought a used washer and dryer from here they have good prices and beyond average customer service you can tell Eric takes pride in his work and knowledge that he has.

Way better than big box stores! They charge much less for full installation and haul away. They're friendly and responsive. Please always check here along with big box stores.

They really know what they sell and do great repair work. Great advice. Great service. SO glad to have them here. Sad that they can't service my relatives in Salem.
