I contacted Graig because my son is away at college, living off campus this semester, and his room was nearly unlivable due to a severe dust buildup on every surface from ceiling to wall. Graig did an excellent job de-dusting the entire room and even gave my son helpful tips to keep it dust-free going forward. I highly recommend PNW Maid Match!

This husband and wife duo did an amazing job cleaning my apartment before my move out date! They were kind, accommodating, and extremely helpful. My cat was refusing to get out from under the couch so she lifted up the couch for me! I’m very grateful for all the help they gave, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about doing that cleaning after moving. Next time I move, I’ll definitely call them again!

Extremely disappointed. Upon buying a new house in the Eugene area, I texted this company for a clean up before we moved in. In a text conversation with who I believed was the owner, I mentioned that the house was pretty clean, but before moving in, we wanted a deep clean done. This usually includes windows and drawers etc. We had not moved in yet so there was no furniture in the house. He was supposed to come in on a Sunday. When my husband came to the house he texted the owner to ask when he was going to clean the house, and the owner replied that it was already done by him and his wife, and sent a picture of the cleaned shower. Yes, the shower and tub were clean…as well as the toilets and sinks in the bathroom. However, I just moved into the house and I am scrubbing out all the kitchen cupboards and drawers because they are disgustingly dirty still. The windows weren’t cleaned either. Various things missed; Very disappointing job for a deep clean that we paid almost 400 dollars for.

PNW Maid Match did a move-out cleaning for me after I moved house to a different state. They made it as easy as it possible to get the house ready to list. They cleaned the house, removed a bunch of leftover clutter from the garage and workshop, and they did it all in a timely fashion. Greg was great to work with even given the distance. He was responsive and efficient. He sent photos when he was done, and the house looks great. I'd give more stars, but 5 is the upper limit.

PNW did a wonderful job with our move-out cleaning needs! Easy to book, prompt, communicative, fast, and clear, they sent a team the very next morning after we got in touch and did everything by the book. We also had a huge bunch of cardboard boxes and garbage to dispose of, and they took care of that swiftly. 100% recommended!
