Very knowledgeable, reasonable costs, promptness on time for work to be done, leaves the job site clean - communicated well and understood our needs and budget - Ben goes beyond the call for duty -- Our Generator arrived a week early -- Ben happened to be cleaning up ready to leave; BUT , he helped the delivery person get our generator from his truck to our home -- he unpackaged it and put it together for us ( this was not in his bid, FYI ). Genuine Kindness and Politeness were qualities Ben had and these qualities are very important . No Pressure and I highly recommend BFP Electric as you will have no regrets in doing so. We had an outage. In the late afternoon we called for help which arrived early the next morning. Fault was diagnosed and fixed within the half hour. Always get a prompt, effective response from BFP. They’re the best : clean, tidy, courteous, no-drama professional, first class service.

I called on March 1st and said my heat pump was running on aux. heat and needed someone to check it out for me. Less than 5 minutes later Dave and called me back and scheduled someone to come fix it Thursday morning. The technician came on time Thursday and had my heat pump fixed and running again with in the hour. Thank you .

Recently, I had some repairs done. Tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They figured out the issue, and it was repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company, and we will use them again if its needed in the future.

My air blower went out on my 25 year old furnace on a very cold day. I live in an older drafty house with 6 kids, two dogs, 1 cat, and a beautiful wife that is very happy if she can stay warm. I called them and by the end of the next day, a new furnace was installed. David, Mike, and Eugene were top notch. They were able to troubleshoot a non-conventional house with a new exhaust system that new coding regulations require. No mess was left, they found the vacuum and cleaned up everything, and even played with my dogs while I was at work. All around just a great experience.
