Good work and bids are always competitive. If they are too busy, they will usually let you know.

Jaysen is about as honest and genuine as they come. He demands high quality of his crews and always follows up on his jobs.

The Gosselin Construction work crews from excavation, framing and cement work on our home build were all fantastic. Andrew was our project manager and did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!

Have called to get a price quote for two separate jobs, two different occasions. I have left a detailed voice message with my return phone number, as nobody answers the phone. I have never gotten a return call. Maybe my job was to small, or maybe they are to busy, but for heaven sake they should darn well return a potential customer's phone call. I live in the same small community, so it's not like the job was to far away. Guy's, lesson to be learned, follow up with your customers even if you don't wish to secure a potential job that could grow into a grander scale....???? 🤔

This is more of an ethical rating on the business, as I live next door to the company. At first I was weary of a place construction company living next to us, but I have to say that the guys that work there are great, very friendly, and any time our ducks sneak over to their yard, the owner is courteous. They also are understanding when it comes to late night and early hours not making noise. It shows they care about others.

A general contractor manages larger repair, renovation, remodeling, and construction projects. That may include planning, labor coordination, scheduling, materials, and oversight of multiple trades.

  • Why should I use this page instead of searching on Google?

Because this page helps users compare local general contractors in one place by city, ratings, reviews, and service focus, instead of starting with random search results and outdated websites.

  • What kinds of jobs belong in this category?

Typical jobs include kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, flooring updates, drywall and framing work, decks, larger home repairs, and full-property improvement projects.

  • What should I check before contacting a contractor?

Users should check location, reviews, project fit, service focus, and whether the company looks active and relevant to the kind of work they need.

  • Why are reviews important for listings?

Because they show how a company performs on communication, timing, budgeting, project management, and overall quality—not just whether they answered the phone.

  • Should I contact more than one contractor?

Yes. It is smart to shortlist a few strong listings, ask for written estimates, and compare scope, timing, and fit before deciding.

  • What makes a good listing?

A useful listing should show service area, project type, customer feedback, and enough business detail for users to decide whether the company is worth contacting.

  • How does GigoPro help users book with confidence?

By showing active providers, local search results, customer reviews, and business details in one place, so users can compare before they call instead of guessing.
