Jeremiah is personable ,thorough, meticulous and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I used his services as a gift for my Son's new home move in--he did it all ---carpets, windows, refrig, oven, cupboards --we were so grateful for his attention to detail. We then used his services for a home we had for sale-he did it all again, and worked late to make sure we could have it done for a brokers tour. AMAZING!
Now- I need to call him for another one time clean on a flip house, but as soon as I can find time, I will be asking him to do my home regularly---
he is pretty amazing.

We have been using All American Cleaning most of this year and found that Jeremiah has more than demonstrated the ability to complete the services promised, when scheduled, at a reasonable price and exceeding our expectations. Upon sale of our home, they completed a complete move-out clean, window cleaning inside/outside, carpet cleaning, stove, refrigerator and garage. The house condition was excellent and helped to complete a sale of the property within the first 3 days on the market. We highly recommend their services.

Jeremiah is awesome. Always quick to respond and timely getting appointments scheduled. He has cleaned out carpets in Newberg multiple times and has also cleaned my parents carpets and furniture in Carlton area, everything always looks great when he’s done. Very reasonable pricing as well. Couldn’t recommend this cleaning company enough!!

What an incredible experience it was to use All American Cleaning Choice! I contacted Jeremiah and he was very quick to get back to me. Scheduling an appointment was such a breeze and he was able to get out to my place the very next day! My carpets were absolutely awful, having two kids and a dog you can imagine the punishment they put on the carpet. After Jeremiah finished work at my house the carpets look so much better! I’m pregnant and my hips gave out on me mid-nesting. I was so overwhelmed with the daily cleaning on top of trying to get everything else done. I reached out to Immaculate Home Cleaning and not only were they super kind and understanding, they quickly found a day to come out to help me and kept up with communication!
Adriane showed up on time and was even done an hour and a half early- exceeding all my expectations, too…and I’m picky! Couldn’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future.

This company showed up at my house (which was the wrong house) without knocking and walked right into the backyard with all their equipment. I went out and asked them to remove their equipment and that they had the wrong house and all the workers claimed they didn't understand or speak english. Horrible way of doing business.

Ben and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I do backflow testing on sprinkler systems for a living, and when any of my clients in Mac, Newberg, or Dundee need work done on their backflow assemblies, landscapes, or irrigation systems, Dry Oak is the very first name I give out. The backflow replacements I've seen from them have been, hands-down, some of the best installations I've seen anywhere. They really go above and beyond to do top-quality work that will stand the test of time, and as a bonus are some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Their excellent reputation is well-deserved!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough great things about Ben & his team. Not only does my yard look GORGEOUS, but Ben Sr (the owner) & his son, Ben Jr haven been so patient & kind. They are prompt, responsive, informative, professional, respectful, accommodating, & a true pleasure to work with. They really truly have gone above & beyond to make sure I am happy & I certainly AM! I cannot recommend them enough!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with how our landscaping project by Dry Oak turned out. They turned our giant patch of grass that was an annoyance to mow from a blank slate into a beautiful and low-maintenance peaceful oasis. Ben is a visionary; he created the entire plan himself and gave me a detailed blueprint of it in our quote, so I knew exactly what to expect. His team executed everything perfectly. I love the dry creek bed and the variety of landscaping used. Each person was punctual, professional, and respectful. They worked hard all day and were clearly knowledgeable as they problem-solved around complicated piping systems that came with our 1895 home.

When there was a slight misunderstanding at one point, Dry Oak went above and beyond to immediately make it right without trying to haggle or manipulate the situation, and that is what makes me trust a company. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and his team. I now trust them implicitly and will certainly use them again in the future!

The team at DryOak did such a beautiful job re-landscaping our entire front yard. I had seen their other work around our neighborhood so knew the quality was going to be great. They took out the grass and built a brick wall to level off the sloped yard. Did a dry river rock bed and lots of low maintenance plants of a variety of colors to look good even in the Oregon winters. They were tidy as they worked, kept our sidewalks and driveway clean at the end of each workday. They were very efficient and even finished faster than the estimated timeline. Thank you so much! Looking forward to the work they will do in our backyard next.

Terra scapes came out and the team of three were able to clean up my front yard, back yard, and install steps, gravel and bark. It went from a jungle to something beautiful. We did not get any plants in the ground. Only because its a bit early. The owner is easy to talk to, up front, honest and hard working. I highly recommend using his service for your yard needs. Weather its clean up or a new patio. They are reasonable and quick, but dont lack in quality.

I highly recommend Terrascapes for any landscaping needs. I had my tiny yard completely demoed and refreshed. They were on time every day and finished the job in 5 days.

I called on one day and discussed the scope of the landscaping work I wanted to be done. Geo came out later that day and later that day emailed me an estimate. After some discussion, we agreed to have the work done the next day. He and his crew completed the work of planting two trees and tearing out some unwanted vegetation and repairing and reinstalling a trellis. They cleaned the areas up nicely. It was a quick and positive experience.

TerraScapes did a fantastic job with our yard clean up project. We also had some gravel delivered for a parking pad area. The work was done on time and per the quote. We are extremely happy with how things looked when it was done and would definitely recommend them!

He was very easy to work with and provided a quote within a few days.
Upon accepting his quote, he very quickly got back to me with a day and a time he could do the job.
He arrived on time, did a fantastic job on this large project, and there were no surprises or mishaps. What more could you ask for? He is very easy to work with and very personable and honest.
