We reached out to Husky Heating & Cooling for a new furnace, we landed on an American Standard. This was the first time I had ever replaced a furnace, Bethany was very professional, timely, and patient with all of my questions. When John & Connor came to install the furnace, they were on time and professional. There was a miscommunication on the filter, but John & Connor quickly responded and took care of it. Everyone we interacted with was top notch.

I've been doing business with Husky for several years now. My first job with them was to plumb in a full dust collection system for a 1000 sq foot wood shop. The quality of piping and installation services they provided for their bid, far exceeded anything I could have gotten on my own, and had I, it would have cost me more money. Subsequently, I have had them back to replace my 30 year old gas furnace, plumb and connect a gas lamp and I have several future projects that I will be recruiting them for. Bob, Bethany and crew are great.

Husky Heating and Cooling was great! We installed central air and they were wonderful. They were responsive, proceed quality work were very quick and efficient. Bob was great! I would recommend them highly for any of your heating and cooling needs!!!!

Husky is the only people I call for help when it comes to heating and cooling. Because they are a local company, they respond quickly and it's like welcoming your neighbor into you home. Their team is knowledgeable and friendly and aren't looking for a sale, they are there to serve you. I've called them under both the best and worst circumstances and been grateful for their service and understanding when making trade off decisions between costs and needs.

Huskey Heating is fantastic! After our original HVAC company took forever to get back to us, then after they did the bid was very expensive. I reached out to Husky Heating and they were quick to respond, on time, did a great job in a timely manner, the guys were all very friendly, and they saved us $9K to boot! I highly recommend them.

Husky has replaced one of our furnaces (downstairs) and at another time fixed another issue with our thermostat and a second furnace upstairs.

Both times they were on time, professional and quick. They offered great value both times and safe me significant money.

The furnace replacement I originally was going to use the home warranty we had but I was unhappy with the company they were going to use and the product they were going to install. That’s when I called Husky.

The upstairs repair has been problematic for me and another service I had used. We couldn’t get the a/c to kick on. Husky came out and were able to problem solve and get it working when the other company couldn’t.

This is a great family business. Bob and his crew came out an installed a new air conditioner for my home. They were extremely professional and efficient. The house was ice cold in no time. Great when it is over 100% outdoors. Best part is they were cheaper than any other estimate. I had a minor issue today and they came out immediately and solved the problem. I highly recommend these folks to anyone changing there heater or cooling system

I want to thank Francisco Stoller for referring to Husky Heating and Cooling to me. Our furnace went out and they came out right away and ordered parts and we were up and running in a week. Bethany was on it and soooo friendly and my hubby absolutely thought Connor was the best technician. The invoice was less than I thought, a pleasure to work with and just right here in Newberg - keeping the business in our local community so important to me. We had a wonderful experience with Bob and Bethany's team. They were referred to us through a mutual acquaintance to install a gas line. The installer was timely, polite and professional. Upon inspection we needed an additional item installed for a local code regulation and they were able to take care it of the next day. I was impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Husky, Heating and Cooling for any needs within their scope of services.

I engaged Husky Heating & Cooling to have a new AC unit installed in my home summer of 2023. They were the only HVAC company that could also recommend a competent electrician which saved me a lot of time and frustration (not sure why all HVAC companies can't do this). I talked with 4 Seasons and Roth first and neither of those companies bothered to recommend an electrician. I was on my own there!
Bethany at Husky was very clear on the options available and the cost didn't waver at all from estimate to final payment. Their crew was professional, I knew the exact cost up-front, they showed up on the date scheduled and completed the job in a timely and neat fashion. I would highly recommend talking with Bob and Bethany at Husky if you have residential or commercial HVAC work that needs to be done.

I am very impressed with Husky AC and love they are local . I had used in the past 4 seasons another local company but, they fell short on execution and communication . I lucked out I didn’t have them do the job because I got this local business . Bethany is very communicative on all steps and keeps the office running . We had Husky installed two ducted mini-split systems for our main and second floor of our 1920's house. Bethany was very responsive with scheduling, along with coordinating the electrician. Bob and his team were professional, friendly, arrived on time and performed the work contracted. The exposed duct work in the basement was laid out thoughtfully. Husky Heating and Cooling provide professional and high quality HVAC services at a fair cost. They’re a family team and easy to work with. We’ve depended on them over the years for furnace and AC install, plus a recent furnace repair. I had a great experience with Husky for a new heat pump installation.

Bethany and Bob offered a quote to replace a gas furnace with a heating and cooling heat pump system. I ended up going with their quote because it was competitive, used high quality equipment (Mitsubishi HyperHeat) with a long 12 year warranty on the equipment, and because they offered the type of package I wanted (one other contractors said they did not have enough room to install a heat pump in that location, only offered hybrid gas options, etc).

The installation went as planned, for an ducted install with an outside unit, inside unit, programmable thermostat, and wifi package. Bethany and Bob have fantastic communication, responding to a variety of questions in a timely manner. I would not hesitate working with Husky again.

My only recommendation for the future would be to let customers know that spray foam will be offgassing for a bit (if used in the house), so they can plan to allow for ventilation for the next day or two when used.
