Landscaping reviews in Newberg, Oregon

This company showed up at my house (which was the wrong house) without knocking and walked right into the backyard with all their equipment. I went out and asked them to remove their equipment and that they had the wrong house and all the workers claimed they didn't understand or speak english. Horrible way of doing business.

Ben and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I do backflow testing on sprinkler systems for a living, and when any of my clients in Mac, Newberg, or Dundee need work done on their backflow assemblies, landscapes, or irrigation systems, Dry Oak is the very first name I give out. The backflow replacements I've seen from them have been, hands-down, some of the best installations I've seen anywhere. They really go above and beyond to do top-quality work that will stand the test of time, and as a bonus are some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Their excellent reputation is well-deserved!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough great things about Ben & his team. Not only does my yard look GORGEOUS, but Ben Sr (the owner) & his son, Ben Jr haven been so patient & kind. They are prompt, responsive, informative, professional, respectful, accommodating, & a true pleasure to work with. They really truly have gone above & beyond to make sure I am happy & I certainly AM! I cannot recommend them enough!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with how our landscaping project by Dry Oak turned out. They turned our giant patch of grass that was an annoyance to mow from a blank slate into a beautiful and low-maintenance peaceful oasis. Ben is a visionary; he created the entire plan himself and gave me a detailed blueprint of it in our quote, so I knew exactly what to expect. His team executed everything perfectly. I love the dry creek bed and the variety of landscaping used. Each person was punctual, professional, and respectful. They worked hard all day and were clearly knowledgeable as they problem-solved around complicated piping systems that came with our 1895 home.

When there was a slight misunderstanding at one point, Dry Oak went above and beyond to immediately make it right without trying to haggle or manipulate the situation, and that is what makes me trust a company. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and his team. I now trust them implicitly and will certainly use them again in the future!

The team at DryOak did such a beautiful job re-landscaping our entire front yard. I had seen their other work around our neighborhood so knew the quality was going to be great. They took out the grass and built a brick wall to level off the sloped yard. Did a dry river rock bed and lots of low maintenance plants of a variety of colors to look good even in the Oregon winters. They were tidy as they worked, kept our sidewalks and driveway clean at the end of each workday. They were very efficient and even finished faster than the estimated timeline. Thank you so much! Looking forward to the work they will do in our backyard next.

Isiah is terrific! He is taking care of our huge landscape challenges. He is reliable, honest, and hardworking. Highly recommend!

Geoavanni and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were hardworking, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through both the design and execution, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their backyard. Great job!

Barry and Lunda Albo

Gio and his crew were great! Very good communication, very professional and did a wonderful job. Highest recommendation!

Iam very pleased at the quality work that Geo and his crew did on my backyard remodel plus an area in the front yard. I would highly recommend Terrascape's, NW to anyone who needs hardscapes added to their yards. Karen Massey, King City

Terra scapes came out and the team of three were able to clean up my front yard, back yard, and install steps, gravel and bark. It went from a jungle to something beautiful. We did not get any plants in the ground. Only because its a bit early. The owner is easy to talk to, up front, honest and hard working. I highly recommend using his service for your yard needs. Weather its clean up or a new patio. They are reasonable and quick, but dont lack in quality.

I highly recommend Terrascapes for any landscaping needs. I had my tiny yard completely demoed and refreshed. They were on time every day and finished the job in 5 days.

I called on one day and discussed the scope of the landscaping work I wanted to be done. Geo came out later that day and later that day emailed me an estimate. After some discussion, we agreed to have the work done the next day. He and his crew completed the work of planting two trees and tearing out some unwanted vegetation and repairing and reinstalling a trellis. They cleaned the areas up nicely. It was a quick and positive experience.

TerraScapes did a fantastic job with our yard clean up project. We also had some gravel delivered for a parking pad area. The work was done on time and per the quote. We are extremely happy with how things looked when it was done and would definitely recommend them!

We just had Geovanni from TerraScapes come out to clean the gutters on our house and outbuildings, and we were very pleased. From the initial contact and follow up communication, to the job completion, his service was top notch! Highly recommend!

I had Geovanni come out to tackle a very mossy roof and clean out some gutters that were long overdue for some attention.
He was very easy to work with and provided a quote within a few days.
Upon accepting his quote, he very quickly got back to me with a day and a time he could do the job.
He arrived on time, did a fantastic job on this large project, and there were no surprises or mishaps. What more could you ask for? He is very easy to work with and very personable and honest.
I will definitely contact TerraScapes again with any future projects!

Terrascapes LLC did a yard/leaf cleanup for us, in addition to roof/gutter cleaning. They did a fantastic job! They were very responsive to messages in setting up the estimate, and they sent the estimate to me right away. When we were ready to have the work done, they were able to get us on the schedule right away. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them again for future landscaping projects.

Geovanni came out the same day I contacted the company to see my project. He gave me a bid very quickly and the company started the project very quickly. I received text messages for updates on when they would return. Geovanni is very friendly and very professional. They poured a 16 foot diameter concrete circle for my octogen shaped gazebo. They did a beautiful job. I would definitely use their services again.

Many factors mix to a determine my buying decision - well beyond just price. I put a LOT of stock in past customer experience. Professional & experienced first impressions are equally important. I am grateful to have experienced the FIVE Star results I read about. From conception of my project, to development of the details, to the first turns of soil, to the completion of my walkway and retaining wall - I am delighted! The results are STUNNING. Geovanni is a very gifted leader of his business and guide for his team. His artistic eye starts the project canvas with inspirational ideas ~ he quickly & diplomatically puts the client's taste in the lead to create a personal custom design.

I highly recommend TerraScapes!

Geovanni did a great job on our retaining wall project. The quote process was simple, his prices are competitive, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. Our project was completed on-time, within budget, and it looks amazing! Overall, we had a great experience, and would recommend!

We are so happy that we used Terrascapes for our backyard! Geovanni is so easy to work with; he listened to our ideas and had great ideas to contribute. His crew was professional, timely and detailed. We highly recommend Geovanni and the team at Terrascapes!

TerraScapes NW did a terrific job on my sod installation project and I highly recommend them. Geovanni was super responsive, came out quickly to give me a bid, had good ideas for how to install the sod around landscaping I already have, and was competitive and fair in his pricing. He answered a number of questions patiently before I decided to hire TerraScapes. As other reviewers have said, Geovanni is personable and very easy to work with. He shepherds his crew and leads by example in doing quality work conscientiously. They were focused and efficient, but didn't rush. I would definitely hire Terra Scapes again. Right after they left, a neighbor I've never even met hollered out of his window "Hey that looks great!", so clearly my neighborhood appreciates their work as well. :-)
