Great customer service and especially the support staff, Amanda. She is smart, articulate and does not leave pointless messages. They are concise and to the point.

Purchased an over-the-range microwave. The 2 installers (wish I could remember the names) were extremely nice and cleaned up well after themselves. I try to use local businesses as much as possible rather than big box stores. I also bought a W/D set from them during Covid when finding available appliances proved to be challenging.

They have very little selection (not the one we wanted in their ad) and the sales rep was much more interested in her several incoming phone calls than she was with us. She also had several facts wrong about major brand names. Not at all impressed- and also found the main warehouse was Seattle, so delivery is not possible very quickly. Quoted 7-10 days on a freezer we needed asap.

Not impressed with service, nor the experience with service personnel. Service tech missed my appointment because he went to the wrong house. When I returned his call within 30 mins after reaching out to me he said I had missed my window and would have to reschedule. I was home the entire morning. After an uncomfortable discussion he agreed to try and fit me in. Upon arrival the second time, he offered no apology of his error, but instead blamed it on Google. He will never be allowed back in my house. Regarding his service call. The extent of his investigation was to lift the washer lid, snap a picture of the model number ask me a question about what the appliance was doing wrong, then without ever opening the chassis or observing the machine run offered an estimate of $300-$400 or more dollars and instead suggested that I buy a new machine. For that brilliant and exhaustive assessment that took 1 minute without ever looking at the machine I was charged $100. I’m fine with paying for services rendered, but in this case there was NO SERVICE!!! And he insulted me. And he was rude. I’m not a “Karen”, I complain very little and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case I could not believe he had the nerve to solicit a positive review when he slipped me his card and asked me to write a review for him. And, I almost forgot. I had already sent the company a photo of the model number, if they wanted my business he could have called me with his concern on repairability and I would have probably gone to this company to buy a new machine. Instead, I drove to his competitor down the street where I received AMAZING education on my existing washer that is having issues and then an AMAZING sales experience which resulted in the purchase of a new system. Shout out to the service guy for inspiring me to visit the great folks at Krohns Appliance.

We had a wall oven that needed to replaced. I bought a new one from HD and wasn’t going to be able to get the unit installed for a couple of weeks. I called around and a lot of companies would not even quote on the job unless they sold you the unit. WVA responded immediately, professionally and most of all, I felt that I was in good hands. Not so much with others, regardless of the shiny trucks. The quote was spot on. Scott and Jeff did a great job. I knew this wasn’t going to be easy job, but it wasn’t an issue for the boys. Cleaned up, checked out the unit and took the old one away.
I’m keeping the business card and telling my friends.
    Thank you!

We’ve used WVA for over 12 years buying washer/dryer/microwave/2 dishwashers and always used them for repairs. Also referred several friends. We recently bought a new dishwasher and the installation tech damaged our new front door during the install. I shared pictures with Wendy and the painters estimate of $220 to repaint the door and fix it. She only offered to have a handyman come over and try to fix it, not a painter. I tried many times, over a few months, with text messages to work it out, but she won’t respond anymore. It’s too bad! We’ve spent thousands over the years and just wanted them make right something they damaged. A very reasonable request. I guess we’re looking for new a new appliance company!

I have been so impressed with the service from Willamette Valley Appliance. I've used them a couple of times now. Once to repair my refrigerator and then to repair my dryer that recently went out. I found them to be fair, honest and reliable. Very easy to do business with and parts get here FAST! Thank you for being so great to work with. A+ for customer service.

Scott of Willamette Valley Appliance did a great job removing our old washer/dryer. A very tight fit through the doorways with these heavy units and he did it without a scratch to our house! He then installed the new ones and gave us tips on their use. Thanks for a job well-done!

Staff very helpful in selection of dishwasher and microwave. Prices were very competitive with big box stores. Ahead of time spouse and I decided this time we would use installation service. 2 installers were friendly, informative, and professional. We didn't realize we would have a few unexpected and tricky issues that soon became apparent, but the installers were up to the task. They had the expertise and a positive attitude. They took the time needed to do a good job, making sure both appliances fit in the spaces, looked right, and worked before they left a cleaned up kitchen area.

Just bought a washing machine from them. Shout-outs to Pam Love, in sales, very helpful, communicative, knowledgeable; Scott and Eric, installers/movers, they did a great job. Everything went exactly as it was supposed to. Machine came in about a week after ordered. The next day they delivered it and installed it, taking the old one away. Machine is working well so far! They gave me a good price and good service. Highly recommend.

Easy scheduling online with prompt call and follow up to schedule and time window for service. Technician had great customer orientation, he was knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. Left our laundry room clean and wiped up the water from clearing our washer tub that was not draining. He had to replace a wire, and even started a load of towels we had to use for clean up. Willamette Valley Appliance is reliable, great service and they never try to up sell you. I appreciate there help!

After a poor experience with the first repair company I was more than pleased with the professionalism of Willamette Valley Appliance. The office staff was courteous, the repairman arrived on schedule and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in a short period of time.

I have a Maytag washer and the drain pump went out, leaving all my clothes soaked. I called in and they had my drain pump in Portland. Not even 24 hours later it was on my front door. It was a very easy experience for a very frustrating situation

Told them we had an LG refrigerator that was not working. We waited four days for them to come out only for the “repair guy” to literally look at the outside of it for 10 seconds to say he can’t fix it and I need a new refrigerator. Never once picked up a tool, open the back or do anything. He charged me $50 for that 10seconds of work even though I live within a few minutes and when I questioned what work I’m getting charged for he replied “I put my hand inside the fridge”. I could’ve been told over the phone that they cannot work on this refrigerator & had a new refrigerator installed by the time he showed up and saved $50 (ironically what I’m getting charged to haul the old one away). I understand drive charges & “show up fees” but this entire thing could’ve been avoided, I could have a full fridge for my kids and saved time & money that they just wasted. I’ve used this company before, but after this, never again.

I bought a speed queen washer from them a couple of years ago and it has worked really well! It also has a seven year warranty on it.
I was unsure about A swishing sound in the bottom of the drum with a little bit of water sitting.
Because one of my jackets had felt a little bit wet, I wasn’t sure whether it was draining properly.
Ian, one of their technicians came out to look at it. He was very knowledgeable and explained how to tell whether the drum has extra water in it. He also went through quite a few tests to make sure everything was OK.
He really knew what he was doing and gave me a little extra education about my appliance. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people that work here. There’s nothing worse than having a washer or dryer not work and having no idea who to call to get them fixed. I highly recommend this business. The owner cares a lot about how it’s run as well. So appreciated.

We purchased four Cafe kitchen appliances from Willamette Valley Appliance at the beginning of 2025. The staff was very knowledgeable and the install went very well, the technician was very professional and informative. We qualified for a $400 rebate from GE on our purchase. We submitted all the model numbers, serial numbers and proof of purchase for the rebate. We heard nothing from them for 12 weeks. I called customer service at Cafe (GE) , a very frustrating phone call to a foreign country with a difficult language barrier, and was told our claim had been denied. The correct documentation had not been submitted, the form was a work order, identical to the invoice, was not accepted. I got a copy of the invoice and resubmitted. This time I did receive an email stating that WVA had to provide the invoice to them. It seemed like they were stonewalling me. Furious, I went into WVA and stated my dilemma in person. Although retailers do not usually get involved with manufacturer rebates, one of the staff Pam, got on the phone with Cafe customer service and firmly and authoritatively discussed the situation with a supervisor. Within a few days received an email that my claim had been approved and I received the rebate in the form of a debit card.
Kudos to Pam and WVA for going the extra mile in customer service!

In less than 24 hours we had our new speed queen washer up and working. Willamette Valley Appliance is awesome.

After several lengthy delays by other installers, WVA set up Scott to install our stove just 48 hours after our call. The only challenge, 4 days of ice and snow meant Scott, our installer, couldn't get up our road. He could have justfiably bailed on us, but he loaded his tools into my 4wd pickup and the challenging install was done in a few hours. He literally went the extra mile for us. Thanks WVA!

Fantastic service! We have used LM Electric on 2 different occasions, and both times we've been very satisfied. Lloyd was very professional and is obviously very experienced, where he was able to give multiple solutions to the problems, and the end results were great! We absolutely love the work he did for us! Multiple times since he's done work for us we've marvelled at how great a job he did and how happy we are that we went LM Electric and got it done right. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Called them and they said they would call back. No return call ended up calling another plumber that came right away

Called on Saturday to fix a broken shower - at the time the water to our house was totally turned off and this was mentioned in the voicemail. We never got a call back.
