Reviews of local pros in Newberg, Oregon

John came out and fixed a gas line last minute so we could open our pizza parlor. He was great to work with, very informative and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing (request John if possible) for any plumbing needs! Thanks again 👍

They always show up right away. Same day service, sometimes within the hour, has been our experience. Competent, friendly, keep all their appointments. We’re happy customers!!

Appreciated the quick response time. Very upfront about cost and service. Also have a very professional and honest work ethic, I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Very happy with Mr. Rooter. They sent someone to fix my problem the same day I called, which was unexpected service. The plumber fixed it and gave me good advice on how to avoid the same again. He was friendly, courteous and efficient.

Mr. Rooter was able to have a technician, Flannery, at our house in about 18 hours with no upcharge for "urgency." Flannery was absolutely professional and good natured, he inspected our plumbing, found an outside access, quickly cleared the blockage and verified we were draining to the sewer, and we were on our way!

Flannery was my plumber and he arrived on time and was very personable. He identified the problem immediately and handled the situation quickly. The appointment was easy to schedule, too. Great customer service.

Easy to contact and reserve on their schedule, came out next morning on time and gave us a quote up front, they stuck to the quoted cost and took care replacing a water heater that was installed in a hard to reach space. Nice work.

Our water heater started leaking Saturday morning, and Mr. Rooter had a replacement installed within a few hours of our call. It saved us from a weekend without hot water!

Frankie and his team are great! They are responsive and efficient.

Frankie and Vincent were wonderful ! I called yesterday afternoon. They arrived this morning! They had the problem diagnosed and repaired in a flash !! Great guys ! Great price . My husband is thrilled because his “Honey Do” list is now theirs. Thanks guys 😊

Frankie was awesome! Him and Vin did a great job. Everyone was very responsive and got out here to fix our leak, etc. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone who might need plumbing services. I will share this positive experience with with my friends readily. Thanks again Frankie!

They have been out to our house several times to fix leaks and to give new life to an old toilet. They always a see the phone, they show up on time, thry are friendly and professional, they do good work, and the prices are fair.

The neighbor of mine used Valley plumbing and had a glowing experience

I always kept them in the back of my mind for when I needed a plumber.

I felt valued and taken care.

Definitely a one of a kind company that you don’t find very often

Thank you kindly

Excellent work, prompt, free estimate, good price, very nice to work with, explains everything they are going to work on, great company

I had them add a hose bib to my house. They are very friendly and informative. The work is great and they were fast. They were able to fit us in just a week after they came for a quote.
I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber and will use them again in the future!

My plumbing problem has been a reoccurring problem for weeks. Your plumber was there early did an analysis, went out to his truck came back in and ten minutes later I hear the toilet flue. It’s worth every penny

Koa and his partner were great to work with. The explained everything to me and were very helpful in the respect.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Frankie, and we can't recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, he was professional and friendly. Frankie took the time to explain the issue clearly and provided an honest assessment without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Thanks for the continued awesome work!!!!

Amazing service. Top notch Plumbers. Thank you for fixing our plumbing issues. I highly recommend.

On time, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable, and clear communicators. Valley Plumbing NW will be my go-to contractor for all future work.

Great experience working with Valley Plumbing. They have a very capable, friendly crew that showed up on schedule and replaced a complex rotted sink drain.
