Wes and Jeff were very knowledgeable about the instillation and answered all of our questions.
For the appraisal, Dave was on time and supplied all of the information about the choices we had. He helped us choose the heat pump that would meet our needs.

Jeff came out to service my HVAC & nothing but great service, on time, called when I was told he would, answered any questions I had. Just an all round pleasant experience.
I will definitely be using Airrow Heating in the future.

When building our house in 2012,we decided to put in a radiant heat floor system throughout the whole house as our sole heat source. After having to replace the whole system once, continuously having problems with parts breaking, and months without heat in my house, I finally reach out on Facebook for advice from people. Philip commented and told me that arrow heating works on radiant heat floor systems. I had NO IDEA. I called right away and was set up for an appointment with Kevin to come check out what I had, and possibly tell me what my options would be. Kevin came out and had patients with me. He made sure that I really understood each one of the options and their advantages/disadvantages. I really don't feel like he was pushing the most expensive option, he was trying to help me figure out what my BEST option was. I really appreciated that! I decided to keep using radiant heat as my sole heat source, but go with a beefier system and run it off of propane instead of electricity. I felt very confident with my decision when he left my house. The whole crew was very respectful while completing the job. Minimal disruption for my kids who were doing their online schooling. Very professional and clean. Afterwards Kevin showed me how the new system worked and told me what to look for when checking to make sure it was working correctly. My house has maintained the temperature that I have thermostat set at and I've had zero issues. I feel like huge sense of relief with this new system and knowing my house is going to stay warm for my family. I would recommend Airrow Heating to anybody needing to do something else in their house or having their current heat system serviced. I know that if I ever have a problem they would be here in a timely manner. Again I am very happy I learned they worked on radiant heat floor systems!

Prompt response to reinstall our minisplit that had been disconnected due to a sunroom being added to our home. (We had been without heat for a week before calling Airrow). Steve and Gavin were courteous and prepared with the items they needed to professionally complete the work. They kept us informed and gave us an estimate as to the materials and labor costs. We highly recommend Airrow to others.

Cannot say enough about this company and it's services. Kevin arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and restored our electric furnace to safe, working condition. Plus, my dogs and cat really liked him.

Service rep was efficient, displayed knowledge of the job at hand, (heat pump installation)and treated me with respect and kindness. He explained everything to my satisfaction step by step of the installation process.

We needed to replace our hot water heater. We originally priced natural gas, but were recommended to consider a heat pump water heater. The cost was cheaper and the efficiency is VERY high. We'll save about 70% on our hot water bill. Also, THEy process the most sizable rebate for us! Excellent customer service from Steve, and the person who came to give us a bid was very knowledgable. He really took the time to consider our needs and made a great recommendation.

Jeff came out and did the annual maintenance on my propane heat stove yesterday.
He was a pleasure to work with, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way,
and did a perfect job of configuring the rock wool to make the flames look excellent.

We had a ductless system installed from Airrow.
1. Gavin and his team did a job with consummate professionalism that probably hasn't been seen since the '50's. Courteous, conscientious, efficient and thorough. AND it was cold as **** outside, and raining. Just miserable conditions... but they worked through it all without cutting corners, or complaining.
2. I think Airrow seems to foster a sense of pride and professionalism in their products and service. David (our sales rep) and all the people at the shop were equally easy to work with. And they all seem to want to show you a product that works (and it does).
3. Airrow may not be the cheapest. But for the love of all things holy, use their service. you will live a longer and happier life for it.

Steve M. from Airrow Heating, Newport, Oregon installed our Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump to perfection. He arrived on time, as scheduled and talked to us before the installation to confirm what it was we wanted. He installed both the inside and outside units both aesthetically and professionally. He took the time to answer our questions while here and went out of his way to deliver extraordinary workmanship! You would be hard pressed to find anyone better! Thank you, Steve,!

Wes was so wonderful! Very polite, and worked nonstop to finish even in the hot sun. He explained everything he did and explained how everything works. The electricians they had working were great too. I highly recommend.

We had a ductless heat pump installed. We were very impressed with the installer and the electrician. They were very efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable. All commitments were met. Overall the experience of dealing with Airrow was excellent and we would recommend them to friends.

The people that run this company are the most friendly, considerate and hardworking people I have EVER met!! They came out the very next day that I called to diagnose my furnace problem and were back the very next week when the part came in to install!! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone:)

Our Arrow technician was very knowledgeable and shared different repair or replace suggestions and based on what we could afford we chose to repair the heating unit. Keith was our technician for the entire process. He repaired the unit in a timely manner and made sure it was running properly and went over the operation process. We would definitely chose Arrow for future repairs or updates.

In addition, the office staff is top-notched. They were able to arrange for financing so we could get our repairs done right away. Thank you Arrow Staff!

We received fantastic service during the install of our new heat pump system. There was a miscommunication or error during the installation. The installers set up an appointment to take care of it the next day as they didn't have the correct parts on hand. The next day the crew showed up exactly on time and fixed the problem very quickly. Everyone we dealt with has been very professional and friendly. We have nothing but praise for Airrow Heating and their staff. They come with our highest recommendation.

Excellent customer service, from the time I contacted Arrow Heating & Sheet Metal inquiring about a heat pump/air conditioner, until completion. The day of installation, all of their workers were waiting for me to let them in to begin work. All workers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
When the job was complete, I was contacted so they could go over the whole system with me before leaving.
