We called WMS to service our 1 year old HVAC system. Zack was awesome as usual. Explained our new system, cleaned and made adjustments as necessary. Will call him for any problems we may encounter and of course all the maintaince.

Zach was able to come out on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though he figured out what was wrong, he checked everything just to make sure he wasn't missing anything. Very thorough, professional, and friendly. Gave me all of my options and let me decide what was best. I highly recommend this company.

I called Zach on a Monday, he was there on a Thursday with a new system. He even offered to run us out space heaters to our home to get through the cold nights that week. He was super quick to respond to my emails and texts and most importantly, he did what he said he would do, he and his apprentice got their Thursday morning and got right to work. Zach is very good and confident in what he does and trains his staff the same way. I was comfortable having Zach in my home and would have him out for any future maintenance or repairs. What a great experience. Zach was super friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the entire experience. It was very nice knowing what was actually going on and wrong with my system instead of just getting a bill. I would highly recommend this company!

I went in search of a HVAC service that was close by and willing to come quickly. When I called Westside Mechanical Services, I talked to a young lady who was extremely professional and responsive to my request to schedule a service appointment quickly. Within three days I had Zach at my house and he was right on time. No waiting at all on my part. He looked at our problem furnace and even agreed to look at our air conditioner. When he gave me the bad news that our system was at end of life (really past end of life) he took the time to show me what things actually looked like inside our system. It wasn’t a pretty picture! 😊 I then asked Zach to supply me with a quote to replace our system and I had that quote by the next day. The people who own and work at Westside Mechanical are the best and I would tell anyone to give them a call if they need their furnace/air systems cleaned, fixed, or replaced. Thanks Zach and Kat for your work and your time.

Great service! Westside Mechanical came right out when our AC wouldn't turn on for the year, and got us set up with a new unit. Furnace too! I felt like they were very fair in their assessment of the situation and in laying out possible solutions, which is always appreciated! I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Update- two years later and we just had WMS back out for duct repair after discovering a crawl space water issue had soaked the insulation surrounding part of our flex duct, causing it to collapse. They got us back up and going quickly, and were just as awesome to work with the second time around!

Harvey was knowledgeable, on time, and we greatly appreciated his thorough explanation of everything he was doing. Also, he found a leak that multiple other technicians (from different companies) had missed! He got our AC up and running and we are looking forward to working with Harvey and Westside Mechanical Services going forward.

We had a new heat pump and furnace installed March 2023. We are very happy with the entire process. We were given options that would work with our home, was quick to schedule the installation once the equipment arrived, installed a new thermostat and provided education on use of the entire system. When we had questions there was a quick response. We have also used WSM for previous maintenance. Highly recommend! Will continue to use them!

Westside Mechanical is a true locally owned family business that we'll be happy to call on for all our HVAC needs. We have an old house that Zach and family were able to completely retrofit with central heating and cooling. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our project stayed on schedule and on budget. Zach and Austin were always friendly and hard working. They were a wealth of knowledge and made sure we fully understood each step of the process and the costs and benefits of our options. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Harvey came out to do an annual service on our furnace and AC. He even spent a few extra minutes helping locate a strange noise the furnace had been making. Professional, experienced, and efficient. I will definitely be calling WMS for future HVAC services!

Zach and company went the extra mile, made sure my outdoor unit was working properly and fully charged with refrigerant. Tech was right on time also!

Zack was great to work with. He was very helpful to make repairs needed to sell my house even though the world is very crazy right now. Great service, very reasonable costs.

The system he recommended and installed is PERFECT! The whole area is an even temperature and despite concrete floors with vinyl plank, it is amazingly warm.

Both Austin and Harvey were great guys. They made both my wife and myself feel like we were part of the family. We contacted Westside Mechanical Services to have some electrical work done at our house. Seth Morton arrived to discuss what needed to be done and provide us a quote. He immediately put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. The price was very reasonable, Seth did a wonderful job and we will definitely call again if needed.
