They were able to come out same day and get my heat working. However, had to come back 4 days later when it stopped working again. Found the problem and refunded me money for a board ordered that wasn’t the issue. Explained the problem well and told me options. I will use again.

My furnace had stopped working, I called them and a technician was sent to diagnose the problem. The furnace started working before the technician arrived, I asked to have the technician come out anyway. When he got here, he said that he couldn’t get a diagnosis. He quoted very high prices for replacement and other repairs I inquired about. He said that if I used other parts, other than theirs, I’d have the same problem, I remained him that he didn’t even find a problem. He clearly got irritated because I had done some due diligence. Please do your research before hiring someone from this company or you will be taken advantage of.

The Polar team was very responsive. They took the time to fully analyze the issues we were experiencing and they presented a range of solutions. Shout out to Tony for going the extra mile!
