Had a warranty repair that was supposed to be next day. It is a month to get someone out to diagnose and then up to 21 days for them to come back and actually do the repair.

Giving up on working with this company. They don't show up to appointments or return my messages. Unprofessional and unreliable service, will be lodging a complaint with Whirlpool.

The repair man Mike came and fixed the problem on my LG range with no issues!
I was very happy with the friendly, professional service.
I definitely recommend this company!

Horribly overpriced! We called to have a switch replaced on one stovetop burner. 15 minutes work and the charge was $335. We had told them in advance the model number and he had the part. Ridiculous!!

Questionable expertise on manufacturer warranty repair job. Not pleasant to work with or flexible on meeting appointment needs. There are other organizations better than hattan's.

Called to set up appointment as I used this business in the past. Left about 5-6 voice messages over 2 week period and never a call back. Phone still says their name so I assume still in business and just not returning calls??

From scheduling to diagnocing the problem, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Hattans appliance repair. They did a great job with fixing our dishwasher

Tech came out once, was going to get parts and come back in a few days / weeks later.... nothing. 3 calls for service (VMs left for Kimberly) over the last 90 days...crickets.nada.zilch. I realize that they are probably busy, but....

Just beware! Started repairing my 5 yr dish washer in Sept. had to order a part, was wrong part had to order another part it's now almost Christmas and I'm still waiting. Haven't heard from them in over a month, and the last repair guy they sent didn't even bother to put the washer back together.

We had a tech out this afternoon to install part in Whirlpool refrigerator. John came in, no gloves, no mask and greasy dirty hands. Went right into our refrigerator grabbing things , ungloved and filthy hands, setting things on our counter. I asked him to let me handle my groceries. After he installed the part and left, took us 15min. to clean off his greasy hand marks and had to toss many bottles of water and milk and orange juice because he grabbed the tops with ungloved, filthy hands. Have they not heard there is a pandemic? Wow, I'm so taken back by their, his disregard for our safety. Not just safety, but basic manners. Save yourself a Big HEADACHE AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

Thank you Mike. I thoroughly enjoyed the service call. Appreciate the tips to extend the life of my dishwasher. Hope none of my other appliances break down but if they do, I will give Hattans a call.

I gave this company multiple chances and was always disappointed. I was finally able to get my manufacturer to assign me a new repair company. Just like the other reviews, rude staff or don't answer the phone, unprofessional and unreliable. It's unfortunate for all the customers that have been ripped off.

This place put a work order in to come fix our dishwasher and it took them 2 weeks to contact me. Terrible communication. They never answer their phone. And the lady that left me messages was extremely rude.

Crater Lake Appliance is much better.

Jason from Hattan's called in advance, arrived on time, and offered to wear a mask before entering my home. He had reviewed the information I provided in advance and knew what to look for. He was quick, polite, and professional. Great experience.

Question why this company always has a full mailbox, cannot receive messages. Unable to contact, no response to emailed request. Waiting for refrigerator repair. Many negative reviews reflect our experience. Advice: refuse to accept this company for warranty repairs.

KJ, the owner, provided prompt and great service repairing our DCS oven. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and arrive the next day with the factory replacement part. Pricing was fair as well.

Called hattans because I had a squeaking dryer. I was scheduled the next day and kunon came out at the time I was scheduled. Did a phenomenal job. He literally knew exactly what my problem was as I explained it over the phone, and was very transparent while fixing the issue. I will definitely be calling them again for any appliance difficulties in the future.

Mike Foster was very friendly and pleasant to have in my house. He looked over the dishwasher and gave an honest opinion that no fix was needed at this time. I appreciated his honestly and his prompt service.

I called them to replace the ignighter on my gas oven. The part was $126. They came and spent 20 minutes installing the part and charged $410 for the service but will not reply to multiple requests for a written itemized billing statement. When I told the service tech the price that the office had quoted me, he said they should not have talked to me about pricing. Do not trust these people.

I really appreciate the honesty and grear customer service that Mike provided. He was able to show me the problem and honest about the situation. He also recommended the company we went with for a replacement. I would recommend Hattan's appliance to all my friends and family. I would also suggest they request Mike.
