Pat and Extreme Landscaping have been working with us for over ten years. In addition to normal activities like an annual clean-up, he has upgraded my sprinkler system, landscaped my front yard, installed an arbor in my back yard, and kept everything groomed and beautiful. I couldn't be happier, and Pat is a wonderful person to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a landscaper who will make sure you're satisfied.

We needed a backyard for our new house. Hardscape and softscape. When we first called, they were forthright to let us know they are were booked till mid-summer (we wanted spring). Let me tell you, it is so worth the wait.
Pat listened to our concerns and was not afraid to make suggestions and recommendations with mature sizes and maintenance of the flora in mind. His knowledge of materials and flora was fantastic. If he didn't know, he'd tell you and research. He was a partner in the whole process, not just a yes-man. He worked with our budget, developed a package for us that was totally phase-able and flexible.
His crew was fantastic! They worked hard with diligence and attention to details. Everyday, We knew exactly what they planned to do, what they did and what’s next. If they didn’t know the answer to any of our questions, Pat would come by or at least call to get any clarifications needed. Placement of every piece of hardscape and shrub was done with care and artistic eye.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice and the results.

Patrick is a great guy to work with. He listens very carefully and has great ideas of his own, but he follows your design lead and is careful to keep your wishes in mind. His estimates were accurate and he is a pleasure to work with. He keeps you informed of the project's status and progress. He stands behind his work: when I had him over for a new project, he noticed a crack that had formed in a wall he had built during a prior project, and he made it a point to fix that too. I have worked with Patrick multiple times over the years and would happily hire him again if I have another yard project.

Very enjoyable experience from the easy approach to planning, scheduling and installation. Pat and crew are timely, work hard and get the job accomplished on time. They're all local folks too. Highly recommended for any yard projects you might have. 5 Stars!

Update for 2022: I've used Exstream Landscaping at least three times and they've been awesome every time. They just rebuilt our two-level deck, plus our front deck/entry, adding in a gabled roof cover over the front door, and it looks amazing. They also did some great fence work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Also, he is always there when he says he will be and always on time. He has done large jobs and small for us, and I am always, always happy with the work, his professionalism, and his ability to keep on budget and communicate effectively with customers.

We have a sloping backyard that was difficult for us to come up with a plan. After 5 years of delaying, Pat came in with a wonderful design which exceeded our expectations! He and his crew were wonderful to work with, easy going, listened to any concerns we had during the project and took care of business. We dreaded figuring this out and having the work done but it turned out to be an enjoyable experience all around. We can't give him and the crew high enough praise.

Excellent work! Exstream Landscaping transformed our spectacularly ugly courtyard into a beautiful space with a lovely, sinuous, sloped walk to the front door and a curving patio. They started on time, worked with us to adjust our vision throughout the process, were very careful about drainage, and charged us exactly what they bid. They were also friendly and very easy to work with. I recommend them highly!

We have a large lot and the plants were old and overgrown. The whole space needed to be updated and replanted. Pat and the crew were great to work with. They arrived on time and ready to work. The crew was personable, accommodating, and professional. Any changes we made to the original design were discussed with Pat ahead of time, so there were no surprises. My wife and I completed our new retirement/forever home last year and then developed a relatively large landscaping plan that we felt would complement our new home. After discussing our plan/ideas with three potential landscaping companies, we chose to work with Exstream Landscaping. We felt Pat and Exstream would give us the personalized service we desired and we were extremely impressed with the many positive Google reviews that we found posted. We were also impressed with the fact that Pat appeared to truly understand our desire to maximize the benefits we would receive from each dollar invested. Furthermore, we found Pat’s pricing to be extremely competitive.
We were very grateful that Pat provided additional ideas throughout the process to ensure we would be totally satisfied with both our landscaping and hardscaping plans.
Pat’s team started with a completely blank canvas and transformed it into the vision that we had hoped for with a nine-zone irrigation system, fescue sod, over 100’ of two-tone paver walkways, multiple 24” tall garden beds surrounded by black deer fencing with two gate entrances, approximately 100 trees and plants individually irrigated by our drip system and low-voltage tree and house accent lighting.
