Excellent service!

We highly recommend Mangolds`s Tree Removal Service. It was a amazing to watch Bret Mangold do the job with the best equipment we had ever seen. Thank you again Bret and son.

Brett and his crew were professionals and took care of details and cleaned up well. Their equipment is top notch and cut the time by 75%. I will use his company again and be recommending Brett going forward.

Cleaned up a project that another tree company failed to accomplish, beyond exceeded my expectations with quality work and shockingly quick turnaround time.

We had a tree taken down and three others limbed and they look great. Everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind. They were easy to work with and very friendly. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend.

Great experience with Mangold’s Tree Service. The owner Brett, was able to take a look at the tree I had concerns with as it was right over our bedroom within a few days of calling. The appointment was in the evening after what I’m sure was long and taxing day of work. Upon our initial meeting Brett explained he would likely be able schedule within in 2-3 weeks and if I didn’t hear from him to call. Brett called me back right on schedule without prompting on my part. I had to put off scheduling for a few hours but when I called back, he was more than accommodating and was out the next day. Brett and his team took on quite a project with removal of an older rotting 75’-100’ sweet gum tree in our very small backyard with only minimal feet of clearance from my house, neighboring houses and fencing within a day and half (windy, rainy conditions). Great communication, friendly, answered all my question and worked within my budget. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This company is awesome! We had a 70ft tree blow over, from the heavy winds, onto our roof. They responded immediately to my phone call and rearranged their schedule a bit to fit us in. They did an excellent job of getting the tree off of our roof with no damage to any other trees, other shrubbery or our fence. They tarped and secured the roof to avoid any other damage from the rain. They were able to cut up the tree and haul it away the next day. They tamped down the area where the tree had been uprooted. They were also so patient in waiting for the insurance check to come through. Very professional and friendly too. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They will be my first call in the event we need any further tree services. Thanks for a great job, Brett.

We were very pleased with Mangold's Tree Removal Service. They provided quality service and were timely and efficient. Not only did they efficiently and quickly remove a large number of trees, they also did an excellent job of removing or chipping the debris and creating burn piles with what remained. They were thoughtful with how they approached the project and were respectful with regard to the condition of the lot when they finished. They provided high quality service at reasonable price.

Mangolds Tree Service did an awesome job removing three trees and a trim up on a large fir. One was of a large Maple right up against two neighboring fences and our shed. Perfect work in a tight place! These guys were efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them!
Thank you for your help!

We had a 120 foot Ponderosa Pine tree fall on our house during the Portland snow storm in January of this year. It also brought down a couple of our neighbors trees and was a scary situation. We contacted Brett and he came over to look at the scene. Just a few days later he and his crew came to remove the tree in freezing cold temperatures, tarp our roof and clean the debris. He was very reasonable and easy to work with, as were his crew. They come highly recommended, our neighbors also used their services and they returned to help us prune and remove a couple of other trees. Cannot speak highly enough of their services.

We had a tree fall on our home and vehicles from a windstorm in our area and after calling a number of arborists the general timeline was 2 to 3 weeks. I finally reached Mangolds Tree Service and dealt with Brett he was very friendly, informative, and was able to make it out that evening to help cut a pathway so we were not blocked in our driveway and unable to leave. He completed our estimate that evening and worked with our insurance company. Brett and his crew were out the next day to remove the tree and all the debris. Everyone was so kind, friendly and they were extremely efficient and quick. The total job took only a few hours. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service and wants to deal with wonderful, honest and hard working people.

Awesome people. Brett is great. Good communications and on time. And the clean up was awesome.

Brett's crew was helpful, agreeable, knowledgeable, and excellent in all ways. They removed 3 trees for me, one a massive maple in the middle of the yard. They moved a trailer out of the way for a chip pile to go right where I wanted it--no small ask. But also, no big deal. They left my yard tidier than when they came, and I'll hire them again: in fact, they're coming back soon for stump grinding and a small excavating job. Priced very reasonably. Mangolds is the real deal.

Brett was responsive on a Saturday morning in the middle of a snowstorm in Portland. We all know how much that means. An entire tree had fallen and was a scary situation..for me and my neighbor. To my surprise he came out in 15 degree weather, wind and snow and saved me. I highly recommend this company!

Brent and his crew are absolutely amazing! In 2 hours time they pruned my GIGANTIC fir tree and removed all the debris as well. They even found a lost car key for my mom's car!!
They are very kind and communicative. I have had so many negative experiences with businesses in the past, so I am truly grateful for such a wonderful experience with this business.
I have them on auto dial now for when my tree acts up!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! One million 🌟 stars!!

This company has been amazing from the very beginning of a consult. I was able to have Brett come out and do a quote on my tree and confirm my worst fear of whether or not my tree needed to come down. He was very understanding of the fact that we didn’t have at the time to go ahead with the project, but would come back and rope my trees to keep them from falling apart or splitting during a windstorm, until we decided What to do. I called back to go ahead with the project. He was very responsive in letting me know he would get right back to me within a couple weeks we would have it down. When they arrived with all Equipment they were extremely sweet , Helpful and understanding how this whole thing was going to work. They were quick and effective And cleaned up better than they found it It only took about three hours to do But they hauled off all of the lumber, and it was Tree never existed Other than a small stump in the yard Brett’s Son Damond And Ryan we’re amazing also both efficient and sweet and they could not have made the stress relief any better.

Couldn't be happier with Mangold's Tree Service. Brett is incredibly knowledgeable and provided top-notch service. Not only did he answer all my questions, but his expertise saved my trees. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and cares about the job, Brett is the one to call. Highly recommend!

I had Brett and his guys come yesterday to take down two trees and a bush. One tree was huge.. This is a great company. They worked with my schedule to get it done. They were fast! Very polite guys. They cleaned up all the mess. They even cut down a small tree and didn't charge me more. They didn't block the road. Cars easily drove by. I highly recommend them if you need tree work done. Thank you Brett and crew for a job well done!

We had our tree taken down by a different arborist who ended up leaving immovable slabs (read: hundreds of pounds) of maple strewn across our yard. Mangold’s team was responsive, professional, kind, and helped us solution for our situation. Their team came out and broke down all the slabs into manageable chunks that I was then able to use to create garden pathways and garden beds out of. Their prices were reasonable, they were accommodating to my slightly odd request, and they worked fast! I was scheduled within a couple of days with service completed in a couple of hours. They were incredible, I can’t recommend them enough! 100/10!

I’m absolutely thrilled with Mangold! I had a gigantic dead tree near our house that needed to come down. It was placed in a challenging area and they were wonderful about being careful about our home and shed nearby. They are so friendly, explained everything well, and kept me updated on how things were going and the cost was reasonable. I’ll absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tree service, they’re great!

These folks are ranked at the top of our list! They are highly skilled craftsmen, very knowledgeable in all aspects of tree removal. They take pride in all their jobs, big and small. I had a rather large grouping of Ash trees overhanging an outbuilding. I was simply amazed as to how they were able to remove them without any damage. They also take great pride in their clean up work too. Before and after photos. They had limited space to work house to the right and small creek to the left.
