Came out to our residents when our water pump went down. Was fixed within an hour and they billed us. Done a very good job. Good response prompt and efficient. Will turn to them again in the future if need be.

Office staff seem a bit(a lot) disorderly/disorganized.

They came out for an estimate and took some photos. I was told they would work up an estimate. That was in May, it's now September! Never called back.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn’t give them a zero! I had an estimate done for a mini split in March 2,2020. He said I’d get the estimate in a day or 2. I still don’t have the estimate and it’s April 25! Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this company and have gone elsewhere to get the job done.

Do not recommend. A job that was estimated to be finished in one day ended up taking almost 4 months.

The office has terrible communication skills with customers as well as their electricians and forget getting any permits in a timely matter.

The electricians are incompetent. We needed a power pole placed, they put up a 90 day temporary pole that would not pass inspection.

After getting the type of pole cleared up (thanks to me being in contact with pacific power and doing all the work for them) they placed it in the wrong spot. TWICE! And this is after being in contact with pacific power, having pictures provided, and a flag being placed for them on the ground.

My contact at pacific power was honestly shocked and had never worked with an electrical company that was so chaotic and unorganized. She urged us to hire someone else.

To top it off, I received the bill for it 3 months after the job was completed, with my forged signature saying I was a satisfied customer.

After expressing my disappointment, they promptly met and explained to me why most of all of this was pacific power company’s issue and never accepted any fault on their part. They offered me a $500 discount which is honestly laughable considering all the wasted time, revenue, and stress involved.

Pendelton electric is a joke and an absolute nightmare to work with. They cost me almost 4 months of revenue. Dont be me, hire someone else.
