I just have to share that we switched from another Landscaping company in Pendleton to McLaughlin Landscaping. McLaughlin has been so amazing. I called to ask to talk to someone about installing my own sprinkler system in my own lawn. Just a little insight on how to get it all started. I was told by Roxie on the phone that they don’t do that and I should try to google it! Not pleased with there help at all!

Called them this morning about 9. Was told that it would be a week. At 11 am, Dan showed up. My sprinklers are now working. They did the initial installation and have been out here to do the spring startup every year. Dan is very knowledgeable (been with the company over 15 years) and I would highly recommend him and the company. Will probably have him come back and install a new control box.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about McLaughlin Landscaping. From the moment I called them they have been nothing but extremely helpful and great to work with. I scheduled their irrigation department to come look at my sprinkler system that hadn't been ran in YEARS and Jeff took a look at it and was EXTREMELY helpful and SO nice! I was only scheduled for him to look at the system and see what it would take to get it up and running and after he got the system running (which he was super fast it!) he offered to come back between jobs later in the day and help me replace a few broken sprinklers. He didn't have to do that and could have made me schedule an actual appointment for repairs and his help made the job go so much faster than I was expecting. In less than a day I have a fully operational system! I would highly recommend Jeff to help with your sprinkler system!

I find all of the employees are very polite, very knowledgeable and quick. They are fair with there charges$ and give me my senior citizen discount. Very satisfied with this company. I am glad to have this company to install and service my sprinkler system.

McLaughlin's has been wonderful to work with on my sprinkler system that was put in by another company. I've been using even another company for my sprinkler start ups and blowouts. McLaughlin's found that two drip stations weren't even hooked up and working. One was designed for future use if needed but not working. The other appears they just forgot to hook it up. Yet, I've been getting charged by the previous company each year for those two non-working stations. If I have a problem, they are extremely responsive and quick to get here to fix it. The sprinkler guys are knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend McLaughlin Landscaping.
