I would have given him a 10++++ if it was an option. We have used their services before and next time we need a plumber will call again. They were very prompt in responding which was very important. Called with trouble with my gas water heater. Within 24hours, the technician was able to come out & got my water heater switched out & running smooth within 2 hours! He was even able to show up an hour before their projected time. Amazing service! Highly recommend!

Jose and John came on a Saturday to assess and replace our hot water heater. It was over 18 years old and was steaming and sizzling. They had it out and an install done and everything cleaned up and out in two hours. They were incredibly friendly and kind and feel so relieved they were available on a Saturday.

Colton came earlier than expected, listened to what we thought was the problem, evaluated quickly, and the water leak was fixed within minutes. He also helped recommend who to call to help with the wood floor damage, I needed.
He was respectful and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to him while he was on the job. This is the second time we’ve used A-1 Plumbing and from start to finish these folks are just so nice, it’s a pleasure using their company.

We had a pipe with a pretty bad crack in it. They were able to come within a few days of calling. Shannon and Chris went above and beyond to fix our pipe within our budget range. We will be calling them again next time we need any work done!

When our water heater started leaking, I called our local A-1 Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the next day.
The serviceman arrived on time, and he was both friendly and professional. We were given two different size options, and he returned soon after with another employee to remove the old water heater and install the new one. The area was cleaned up and the new tank filled.
In addition, my husband and I enjoyed the help locating the water shut-off valve and the easy banter. That's one of the pluses in dealing with a local business. Thanks A-1!
