Derrick and team are awesome! They go above and beyond, and do amazing work. They work efficiently and are great communicators. We’ve done several projects with NWV and recommend them regularly to our clients.

As a homeowner it’s always hard to find to find a trustworthy and reasonably priced contractor. Derek and his team has been nothing but a gem to work with our home remodel. From designs, to prices to communication I can’t stress how easy and great it’s been. I would highly suggest getting a bid on anything you may need or at least just start the process by talking to him. You won’t be disappointed. I think I finally found one contractor I’m happy with and will continue to give my business as the projects keep piling on and as I plan to purchase my next property.

They helped turn my rental unit and did a great job. The prior residents left a huge mess and damage but they were able to handle all of it with ease and left the place looking stunning!

They were also quick and professional. They are now my go to for any projects that I have.

Had a great experience with this construction company on my home remodel. They were communicative, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They removed an interior wall, laid new flooring, updated the electrical, installed cabinets, and much more I'm sure I'm forgetting to list. Super happy with the results, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or construction services.

The construction team was fast, efficient and has great communication. They were really clear on the scope of work provided for multiple units and delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. Super happy with the work done and gives me a sense of security that if I needed to follow up on anything that might have been missed I can get in touch with a fast response time. So far I have found nothing but to know they are only a call away makes me feel like I made the right choice when choosing a vendor.

Mike has been incredible to work with! Not only is the quality of work great, but also the quality of care and attention he pays to his clients and to details. He doesn’t just do the bare minimum, but instead really listens to your vision and explain what is possible. He also is great at answering tons of questions with great patience. The framing and drywalling Mike did for my kitchen remodel looks amazing. He also repaired a bunch of holes left by plumbers and electricians who’d done prior work. And took the time to match the very odd and varying texturing on my walls and ceiling. All the work was done well AND in a timely manner. An all around great experience!

When we needed our old rotten deck torn down and wanted a new design with a concrete patio and custom stairs, Michael Webber of MSW Remodeling was the best choice! He knew exactly what we needed to make our space more useable and beautiful. He was fast, affordable and the work was high quality! We’ve seen some of his bigger projects like framing houses as well and know he’s respected in his industry. He finished our project in March of 2020 and we are still very happy with the results!

Great experience working with this team! Their framing work was solid and professional from start to finish. They also built a brand new composite Trex deck , and it turned out amazing—low maintenance and looks great. The steel railing they installed really tied everything together and feels super sturdy. Highly recommend for anyone needing framing, composite decking, or steel railing work!

Great experience working with them. They framed up my ADU/garage, and did an excellent job! They were clean and tidy, did the work faster than I expected, and came in on budget. Best crew I know, especially does great work on stairs and composite decking. Highly recommended

Mike did some sizable structural repair for us and did fantastic work. Re-framed and replaced the beam for a 2-car garage door on a 40’s home. Everything was started and completed on time, he was communicative and thorough. Pricing was competitive. Couldn’t have gone any better. Highly recommended!

Mike and his crew were referred to me by my architect. When it comes to framing there is nothing more important than getting the bones of your project done right. Mike at MSW did just that. When issues came up and they will, when you start opening up walls, Mike quickly worked with my architect to resolve and keep the project moving forward. All inspections passed with no issues. I would use Mike again for any future project and would wait until he was available. Thanks Mike

Mike and his team were on-time, respectful of my property, protecting all floors, walls, and carpets during the remodeling. When changes needed to be made in the process, they were done quickly and exactly as I requested. He cleaned up his area each night, and left the property ready for the next subcontractor. I would highly recommend him and his team for future work.

Mike with MSW is Fantastic! We were in need of help fast and Mike was able to swoop in and save the day. We needed to finish our goat house before the bad weather hit. We were at a loss of how to get it done. Mike stepped in with great ideas and initiative. He gave us options and listened to our requests. We are so thrilled with the finished product. I hired Mike @ MSW Remodeling to do some framing for a renovation in the lower level of my house. The job included building a partition wall with closet, expanding the size of a bathroom and furring the exterior walls which consisted of getting the concrete block and studs to line up flush for drywall. His work exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was obvious and made me glad I reached out to this business. I would definitely recommend Mike and MSW if you require a high level of quality for your project.
