Ryan and Cloud City Electric has been one of the best vendors we’ve worked with as we renovated our 1920s house in Portland. He’s friendly, clearly expert, and really takes the time to explain what he’s thinking and what possible options are. He even fixed issues created by another vendor. Our list kept growing and there was nothing we asked that he couldn’t do, big jobs and small. Highly recommended.

Ryan was referred by a friend and he is a phenomenal electrician. He has worked on a couple projects for us installing an EV charger, fixing our doorbell and some weird wiring in our primary bedroom. Ryan was very knowledgeable, had a clean work style, and made valuable suggestions to my project. This is the second time we used Ryan from Cloud City Electric. Ryan is always responsive to text inquiries and clear about what the project will entail. He works quickly and efficiently and does amazing high quality work. Probably the best recommendation is the fact that we have asked for his help for a second time and will reach out to him whenever we have additional projects.

I cannot recommend Cloud City Electric enough! Ryan and his team are punctual and do excellent work at an honest rate. We bought an old home that needed some repairs/updates, like installing a new doorbell chime, replacing a floodlight, and some other odd jobs. Their team showed up on time, were able to install the new chime while avoiding having to leave any holes in the walls, and cleaned up when they were finished. Aside from this, they are just really nice people and were careful to avoid letting our cat out. Great team and I would trust them with our home and its electrical needs for any job.

Service Electric NW provided very reasonable quote for replacing electric panel and some electrics items needed to be done. John is very responsiveness on request; Rick came and provided quote right on site. Rick patiently answered questions and helped to make the best decision for my home. Rick cleaned after his works. Very happy customer. They will be my go-to tech for electric issues.

Hired Service NW for adding power outlet. They scheduled Rick Labahn to show up next business day. Rick came on time, analyzed the work including checking out feasibility of connections in the crawl space and provided a quote. The quote was reasonable. We’ve used Electric XYZ for a few projects now. The service and the project workers have been beyond exceptional and helpful. They’ve always executed the projects in a timely manner, cleaned up the area and made everything look really nice. We’ve had more power pulled in, new outlets, complete sauna build out and Tesla charger put in to a column that other agencies said would be too difficult due to the location.
