Top quality contractor! We had no idea how destructive bamboo could be. The bamboo at our house had gotten under the deck and into the septic system. This bamboo situation was blocking the sale of our house. Bamboo Grove saved the day and did an amazing job, for a fair price, in a reasonably amount of time. Joe did a great job of communicating and they removed the bamboo from our property in time to save our house sale. These are the bamboo removal contractors you are looking for. They went above and beyond to get the job done right. They even took apart our deck, dug out the bamboo and rebuilt the deck. We are very grateful for Joe’s hard work! Check out the photos…

This is an odd review, but Joe came by to look at a stand of bamboo in my yard on a steep grade. He surprised me with his integrity regarding managing it vs removal.

We discussed my concerns at length and he gave me some professional advice unique to my situation while also not selling me any expensive remediation projects even though he probably could have.

I'll definitely call him again if any of my landscaping needs change purely off of this interaction.

These guys were professional, worked extremely hard, and clearly took pride in the quality/ detail of their work. They followed through on every commitment, communicated well throughout the process, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right- Joe is running a solid business, and catered the fence project to our budget and need....it was not a cookie cutter approach, and results are excellent.

Joe and crew did a thorough and speedy job of removing bamboo in our backyard.

They responded quickly to our request for a quote, came and reviewed the project and then I never heard from them again. Wasted our time. Anyone that unprofessional and unresponsive should be avoided.

They removed a 22 foot bamboo grove. Came back a second time with a larger digging machine to get the roots and hand dug up the tough ones. Worked very hard.

Bamboo Grove design and installed our new perimeter fence for our large back and side yards, and partnered with us to design an 'overhaul' to our back yard -- landscape and hardscape. They are professional, exceptionally service-oriented and deliver a great end product. (This is the same message I heard from references I checked before hiring them.). The team they had on-site with us were professional, respectful and very detail oriented...and seemed to love the work. We will definitely have them back to do more work with us going forward.

They just removed bamboo from my yard and now it looks amazing, guys worked their bottoms off, it was a huge project. Communication was great and I knew what was going to be done, when and how. They cleaned up the yard spectacularly. I will use them again for any landscaping and strongly recommend using these guy for any landscaping

I had a large area (~150sf) of running bamboo in my parking strip that was starting to grow into my yard. I hired Joe to remove it and each time Joe and his team came out, they were nice, professional, and hardworking. It took longer than expected because it didn't take the first time, but in the end, after multiple visits, the vast majority of it has been removed.

Joe and his crew recently designed and built two new gates at our home. He designed exactly what we communicated to him and delivered on budget. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, cleaned up their worksite, worked quickly to build the gates and install them. Very happy with how it all turned out!

Two years ago Bamboo Grove LLC replaced and added to my backyard deck, back porch, and pergola. This year they re-floored my front porch. Both times their work was excellent and beautiful! Joe works hard to provide what the customer wants, even before we know we want it and then work is always done to the highest quality. The guys in the crew are all the nicest folks to have around and we’re delighted to count them and Joe as friends. Truly the best experience ever!

Joe and his team did a great job containing and removing bamboo that had been improperly planted 15 years ago by a previous owner. When he started it was all over the yard. In a few days it was under control and we can now enjoy the backyard. I cannot recommend Joe and his team highly enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Bamboo Grove LLC. Every step of my project, which is an awesome addition to my home with heated concrete slab and custom exterior, has exceeded my expectations. Aside from the work being methodically perfect, every member of the crew is professional, polite, and nice to have around. Joe has been onsite several times to personally check in on the project and make sure I’m 100% happy with the work and progress. At the end of each day, the site is cleaned as if the job is complete, and all tools and materials are neatly stored.
I am a professional house flipper and furniture builder and have a keen understanding of what quality work looks and feels like. Bamboo Grove is an A+ operation. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We had a great experience with our fence - from design to execution to follow up. Friendly, professional, and the end product gets plenty of compliments. It wasn't inexpensive, but also felt we needed to pay for quality and expertise. We needed this to last longer than our previous fence, which was good for only a few years. Highly recommend.

We bought a house whose yard was edged on one side with a thick grove of bamboo that had spread into the neighbor's yard and overwhelmed the fence between. We spoke with Joe and his team at Bamboo Grove before we even purchased the house, and they showed up shortly after we closed to eradicate the bamboo and rebuild the fence. They worked remarkably fast, were incredibly responsive when adjustments had to be made, and communicated well thoughout. The bamboo is now gone, the new fence is beautifully constructed, and we are thrilled with the work.

Attempted several times to have Bamboo and it's owner to come and check out the gate. Approximately 1 year after installation the gates didn't line up. Not a huge deal but noticed the hinges were awkward and the misalignment was worse when it rained. We started to get complaints from tenants and visitors of how hard it was to open the gates. After we realized Bamboo would not come back (even after stating they would) we had a professional fence repair person come out. He said it was installed incorrectly and the gate was too heavy for the type of hinges used. I placed some shims, replaced a hinge and put a brick to support the opposite gate as a temporary fix. Also the gate attachments were not correct (see pics).
I will not review a company until the work done has had some time to settle. I regret recommending Bamboo to many of my clients and friends.

The Bamboo crew did great work on our beautiful fence. They confirmed the design several times and before any major work was started they checked in again. Kept the place clean and were just nice people overall. A few hiccups but we got through it together.
