Tom was great! Quick to respond to my request for an inspection asap! He was able to accommodate. He provided a complete and thorough inspections with pictures and explanation of areas of the home that needed priority attention as well as other no so crucial fixes so we knew what to ask for in a repair addendum. Appreciate his kind and friendly manner which is needed during this anxious time of a home purchase.
