About the business:

PDX Inspect was founded in 1997 by a building contractor with years of hands-on construction experience. All of the inspectors working for PDX Inspect, have 12 or more years of home building and remodeling experience. Who better to know about proper construction, installation, condition, and maintenance of a home than someone who has years of experience building and maintaining them?

There are dozens of home inspection companies in Portland, but we set ourselves apart by setting high standards for our staff, the thoroughness of our inspections, and the detail of our reports. We also combine the latest technology with years of hands-on experience to create a service where you will receive a comprehensive report so that you can make your home purchasing decision with confidence.
