I had an RFP go out for janitorial service when I started with a company about a year ago. I was really impressed with how prompt the account manager got the quote over to me. I asked for it in the afternoon on a Monday and I had it within 24 hours. With some of the other companies that sent prices, I waited up to three weeks including me having to remind them before getting quotes.
National janitorial companies play this game where they come in with a low price to get there foot in the door and then service is really bad because you get what you pay for. AABS was upfront in letting me know they were not the cheapest, but they made sure everything was done right on there end. This was very true! My account manager had weekly calls with me to see how the building was looking and if there were anything that could be improved on. They had to hire a dayporter to fit our schedule and they interviewed a few before finding the right fit.
After working with AABS for a year, I have been very impressed with the quality of work and level of customer service their whole team delivers!
