The Portland/Vancouver crew did an amazing job on my three story house. They were professional, courtesy and extremely helpful. We had the interior, exterior and tracks done on all of our windows. I will definitely being using them again!!

Awesome job! Great responsiveness, punctuality, communication, value and quality. They even worked with me to do just the windows I really wanted and was able to stay in my budget. Would highly recommend. Wish they did other services like carpet cleaning or blackberry removal lol

The support team at Gu-Wi was very responsive during the process of selecting and confirming services for cleaning the exterior windows of my family's move into their new home. While there was some delay in the scheduling, they kept me informed and found a date and time that worked. Very professional. Windows look great!

Disappointing. Had a quote for gutter replacement and moss removal. They did well on the moss removal, but came totally unprepared to replace the gutters. AFTER cleaning them and charging me the told me they weren’t reparable and I’d need a different quote to replace them. Why in the hell would you clean gutters that need replacement? After promising a quote for replacement it never arrived. I emailed support asking if I was still on the radar, was assured someone would be in touch. Almost 10 days later, no communication. Can’t recommend them. They did fine on the moss removal and roof treatment. But my primary concern was the gutters and they utterly failed to repair or replace them and were terrible at communicating, use another company if you want to get done what you actually care about getting done.

The installers were quick and friendly, although they knew very little English. Overall, the company was easy to work with, but they did delay their first scheduled appointment by almost three weeks.

Hired for a gutter cleaning as their quote came in lowest. Following the service our neighbor complained that they had “cleaned up” by spraying debris all over the side of their house. We noticed overflow problems with the gutters and asked for a follow up. It was rescheduled three times and no one showed before I asked for a refund. These seem to be young kids who are poorly trained. They have a great price but you get what you pay for. We just had another company come out to do the work properly and it looked like the gutters were never even cleaned. There was also damage to our roof. Very disappointing.

They were able to schedule me quickly, other companies were quoting for June and July. They arrived early and got to work right away, they cleaned up after themselves and left my property looking like it did when they arrived. And best of all, my gutters are clean and working! Great local company, I'll definitely hire them again.

Being able to schedule an estimate for gutter cleaning/moss abatement without having to carve out time in between clients made the process very convenient. Good response time, & they included pics of the process so I didn't have to just stare up at the roof, & hope they'd done the job.

Gu-Wi Gutters & Windows is truly the best in the business. They are "old school," in the sense they truly wash your windows individually with Window Squeegees and a soapy cleaning solution.They are detailed oriented and don't cut corners or promise some cleaning "magic spray," They apply just good old elbow grease. Their crew literally removed the debris from our gutters by hand and avoided dumping the debris on the landscape below. Their communication is top notch, you will always know in advance when they are to arrive and they are quick to answer any customer service questions. Worth every dollar you will spend

The crew arrived on time, did a great job. Were quick and efficient. Would use GuWi for windows and gutters again. As a Realtor they are on my list of recommended vendors. A plus!

These guys have been charging my account for months and have never come to clean the gutters. I tried calling them and there was no answer on the phone.

Hard to come by, and most of my gutters were third story, hard to even find ppl to do the work, let alone be so very efficient at it.

Scheduled their service for today and they arrived and finished promptly. Our storefront is looking spotless and their team is very easy to work with and communication is A+. We have scheduled them in the past and both times they have been great to work with.

I’ve given this company multiple chances, and unfortunately the experience has only gotten worse each time. After servicing our commercial kitchen hoods, they consistently leave a mess behind—completely defeating the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service in the first place.

On more than one occasion, they’ve left garbage all over the kitchen, including a full trash bag sitting on a prep table. They use our linens and trash cans without permission and then leave trash scattered across the floor without cleaning up after themselves. This is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in a commercial kitchen environment where cleanliness and sanitation are critical.

What’s most frustrating is that these issues have been brought to their attention every single time, yet nothing improves—in fact, it seems to be getting worse. At this point, it’s clear there is no accountability or concern for their clients’ standards.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you value cleanliness, professionalism, and basic respect for your workspace.

This is one of our favorite services! The company is very professional, and the employees were very polite. Otter also provided us with before and after photos, as well as recommendations for other services in the future! The process was very smooth and we really enjoyed working with them! Definitely recommend!

Otter Boyz Hood Cleaners do a fantastic Job...!

We’ve been using this company for the last few years for hood cleaning, and they’ve been excellent every time. They’re always punctual, professional, and do a thorough job from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail.

They also handle our suppression system testing, so we don’t have to coordinate with a separate company. Having everything taken care of by one reliable team makes things much easier for us. Highly recommend them to any restaurant looking for dependable service.
