One of the most frustrating companies I have ever worked with. They took over 3 weeks to fix my heater, I was without heat in my house during that time over Christmas even though they promised to fix it before. Then they made me pay $232 for a part they said was under manufacturer's warranty but have ignored my calls and emails about how to submit the claim to get reimbursed.

We had a great experience working with Biniam at Addis air heating and cooling. He was incredibly helpful walking us through our options. explaining everything clearly and making the whole process feel easy and low-stress. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing. I definitely recommend!!
