If you want straightforward professional no-BS contractor, these are the guys for you. I appreciated that Steve was very upfront about the pros and cons of the central AC system we wanted to install so we could make an informed decision. In December and January, we had Cost Plus Heating & Air install an American Standard Furnace and AC unit. We are very happy with the service and installation. Steve Sanderson, the owner, was extremely helpful and explained the operation of the units very clearly. We highly recommend Cost Plus Heating & Air for installation and service of American Standard equipment.

Had hoped to hire within the neighborhood and the owner came out promptly to prepare a quote. However, after two calls and a few months we still haven’t received the quote for getting AC installed. We ended up choosing another company.
