Steve Boger was my roofing contractor after a tree fell on my home January 13, 2024. Many trees fell in my neighborhood and Steve knocked on my door to inquire about my roof. He was immediately invested in my best interest. Initially I was taken aback by his level interest in my project. I thought he might be an “ambulance chaser”. Lol But he turned out to be heaven sent!!! Steve, on a number of occasions spoke to my Allstate adjusters to advicate on my behalf. He made sure that not only my roof was made whole again he covered the repairs to my gutters and fence also! My home is whole, my mental health is whole again and all I need to consider is the whole in my front yard left after the tree was removed. I have and will forever be a River City Roofing advice, friend, believer and promoter! For all your roofing needs I 110% recommend River City Roofing, a family business! 100%

Just wanted to thank Karl and Tim,with River City roofing. I had to have a total roof replacement due to storm damage from. 2022. Not only did they work on my behalf with the insurance company, they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks guys, for keeping my stress level at a minimum. Tim, the owner of Falcon Construction came to my house a couple of times at the request of the builder of my 2nd floor addition to see if he could locate and repair a roof leak. The roof was about 10 years old and has a slighter slope than the usual which at the time of construction our builder warned might be more prone to leaks. We went ahead with the roofline as drawn on the plans and, sure enough, it developed a leak. Tim’s repairs helped but the leak persisted during rainstorms with high winds so we decided to replace that section of roof.

The job is just finished and I’m very pleased with Tim and his crew. Tim was cordial, he had a credible and cost effective recommendation to deal with the slope, his estimate was reasonable, he was able to schedule our (smallish) job quickly and his crew showed up exactly on time to begin work. I’ve had roof tear offs before where roofing materials flew everywhere but Tim and his guys were able to keep the debris confined and did a good clean up afterward. I did see a few bent up nails so Tim came back with a rolling magnet and went over the yard again.

I have a semi in-ground pool with a vinyl liner not far from the house and expected to find some debris floating but I was especially impressed that there was none and no nails on the bottom either, just some extra dirt in the skimmer.

The new roof is too high for me to see but I’m not a roofer anyway and wouldn’t know what I was looking at. The test will be this winter when the wind and rain kicks up again. But everything I experienced with the company was well done and I would use them again.

We hired Falcon for a complete roof tear off and replacement in summer of 2022 on the recommendation of acquaintances. They not only did an excellent job but their quote/total cost was lower than competitors. The owner is very easy to work with and his team is skilled and reliable. They finished the project in the timeframe they had estimated, cleaned everything up, and didn’t charge us for anything unnecessary. I highly recommend Falcon for roofing jobs!

Vitto showed up when he originally promised, stuck to his schedule despite his saw breaking - and made our house look great. I appreciated his ideas on how to make the home look better. Some things were rushed (the hole for the security light, some paint spots missed under the gutter) that we noticed later on but overall for the price, speed, and ease to work with - he can't be beat.
