These days, we all dread dealing with sales & customer representatives from any large company who merely read from a script, treating customers as if we all have the same problem. Today, I experienced exactly the opposite of that when I stopped by Tuff Shed in Portland, OR and spoke with Jeff Waldrop. Chris was quick to connect with me after I configured the draft of my shed plans. We got the final done quickly and then scheduled. My shed is now up and I am quite happy with the process.

I had fun designing my shed! In addition, Bob was wonderful on our meeting to confirm my design did not try to upsale upgrades, I do highly recommend skylight! i actually waited to write this review for a big rain day to make sure no leaks before submitting this review. In addition, went with Alex & his team to remove old Rubbermaid shed smashed by our PDX ice storm; on the install they were awesome & meticulous on assemble. Thank you Bob, Staff at Tuff shed!
