I had a very large overgrown spruce tree growing within several feet of my mobile home that was long overdue for removal. Aside from living without sunshine and getting nervous during windstorms, the needles cones and pitch were ruining my place and the roots were also wrecking my plumbing and driveway. Unfortunately my tree hugging neighbors from California only care about the view of the pretty tree from their yard and not what was really going on and the fact they might be flattened in the middle of the night during a bad storm. Nick and crew were prompt, professional and courteous and the tree was removed without any damage whatsoever except minor brushing work that obviously had to be done underneath the tree. The brush work exposed an old neglected crooked myrtle tree that had been long growing into the neighbors overgrown garage that they claimed Nick caused. He was very courteous and offered the neighbor to remove it for free as well as do cleanup up work for them that was above and beyond the scope of the job but they refused. I would hire him again in a heartbeat...and I have pictures too!!!

Nick and his crew did some work for me after snowmageddon which damaged a lot of trees. He did a great job of clearing out the hazard trees, snapped branches, and widow makers. Very fair price and good work. They were back again today green trimming my big Doug Fir to remove potential future hazards. Great job and very professional.

Nick was very professional, he and his crew are better than I expected. Totally cleaned everything up and acted in a very respectful manner. Price quoted was under most others, and worth more. I would highly recommend V-Kley's for any tree work.... I consider them "The Absolute Best".

Nick and his crew do a great job! I've had them remove several trees on two different occasions. Always good communication, prompt service, great clean-up and care of your property. I'll use V-Kley's again, for sure!

V-Kley’s Tree Service did a great job for us. We had two huge trees in our yard that had to be removed due to hazardous conditions. One of the trees was about 127 feet high and 76 inches in diameter. Nick Vanderkley, Martin Daily and their crew did an incredible job. They all worked long hours, but were friendly, attentive, yet professional the entire time.

When Nick found out our cat had been up a tree for almost four days without food or water he made sure to come out and help us right away. He had to drive his bucket truck quite a few miles on a Saturday to get to us yet he only charged a nominal fee. He was very gentle with her and got her out of that tree. She's home safe now. Amazing service, very knowledgeable about trees. They trimmed trees and removed some as well. Nick checked in with us throughout the project to make sure they did the project the way we wanted. He had great suggestions and was spot on with his ideas. Our front yard looks amazing!!!!!

Nick has removed several large pine trees around and between our apartments. He is an expert in his field. Nick is professional, fair, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to do business with. After completing the tree removal, Nick and his crew cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend V'Kley's Tree Service.

I found V-Kley’s Tree Service on Home Advisor and Nick called me first thing the very next morning! I needed a 75’ tall Hemlock Fir tree removed that was way too close to the house, plugging up my gutters and ruining my roof. I researched the avg removal cost of a tree this large and Nick gave me a bid that was well under the avg. I was impressed with the professionalism and safety of Nick, his crew and the equipment they used. Not one branch or limb was dropped on my roof even though the tree was so close to the house. I highly recommend calling V-Kley’s... liked the job so much my wife gave them some of her Farm-style oatmeal cookies!

Nick and his crew did excellent work. They took the safety of my property and themselves seriously, ensuring neither the leaning alder nor the towering pine tree did any damage during take-down. The work area was cleared before they left and they even took down a widow-maker tree near the work site as a courtesy. After the work they were originally hired to do was completed, Nick took the the time to help us identify other trees on our property. Since he is a licensed arborist, I appreciated him sharing his knowledge. We will be hiring Nick in the near future to do additional tree work on our property because of the stellar results he provided.

Nick came to appraise the storm damage at my business and house soon after I contacted Home Advisor. His price was reasonable,he did everything he said,his team was efficient and polite. I'm very pleased with the job. I will definitely use again and recommend.

We hired V-Kley's Tree Service to remove and trim multiple large trees on our property. He and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They showed up on time to the job and were extremely time efficient with their work. They left the job site clean of debris and even removed all of the wood chips. The quality of work was excellent. We couldn't be more satisfied and would highly recommend them for any tree related service you may need.

Nick and crew came out and removed a tree that was leaning towards my home. They also trimmed some branches from a couple of other trees. I can't say enough about the three of them. They were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. They took great care to not damage my house or property. They stacked the wood and chipped all the branches and debris. When they left you would never have known they had been there. Nick gave me a written quote before he came out to do the job... not only did he honor the quote, it was half of what I was quoted by another company. I highly recommend V-Kley's Tree Service to anyone looking for tree work. They are the only ones I will ever use! Thank you Nick!!

Recently I had a pine tree pruned, with a few pine trees, overgrown bushes and branches removed from my property.
Nick the owner of V’Kley’s Tree Service and his wonderful crew showed up on time and worked endlessly until the job was done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling on them again for future projects.

Amazing people to work with. I had no idea how or what I was going to do with the tree that was sticking out of the top and my house and Nick appeared out of no where. Assured me was no big deal. His crew was quick and efficient. Was there when they said and willing to work with me and my insurance company.

After Nick finished his 2 day job trimming many of our trees and removing the debris, we couldn’t wait to write an outstanding review for him. After reading the many other great reviews we felt what more can we say that hasn’t already been said about the great service provided by Nick and his staff. But we would be remiss if we did not add our review. We were so impressed by the quality of his work, the attention to detail and the fairness of his price. What a great team and company. I had a hazardous tree that needed to come down. The owner came out looked at it and new exactly what was needed and needed to be done. When he arrived, he listened to the rest of his employees and they worked seamlessly to take care of it. Super nice owner and crew. Will be calling them in the future for sure.

We hired V-Kley's to remove a row of large holly trees along the property boundary - several upper branches hanging over the neighbors' house. Nick competently assessed the problem, quoted a fair price, and fit us into his busy summer schedule. The crew safely removed the trees, chipped and cleaned up the site, including the neighbor's side. We will be utilizing V-Kley's for our future needs. Thank you Nick and crew!

Nick is a solid, stand up guy. I had some lumber that I needed help getting rid of — he went above and beyond to help us out. Five star, would hire again
