Called about a bad breaker that powers the bed room. They said they could come in.about six weeks. I get they are busy, but suggesting this as a solution seemed kinda silly. Go elsewhere.

Still have not received the promised quote 10 days after one of their electricians came by to see the work needed. Thats with promting them 4 days ago as well. They were pleasant but unresponsive.

Our company uses DCE exclusively. We have never been disappointed in the quality of their work. I have always found everyone there responsive to my needs and willing to go the extra mile to keep us up and running.

Last week I called DC Electric after an electrical fire in my kitchen the night before. I told the receptionist that I was nervous as the Dallas Fire Dept did not find the cause. I am also a Senior. I never heard back from them even after making a second call. I then went to Angie's list and found a reputable company in Salem and they were very pleasant and with excellent customer service. I was very pleased with Northside Electric and will use them from now on.
I would never recommend this company as they do not have good customer service. To this day, one week later, I have never heard from them.

From the moment Mrs Sunset answered the phone I knew I had chosen the right contractors, she was cheerful and professional. I was in desperate need of new lighting for my business and the service we received from DCE was top notch! We were scheduled within days of my call and the electricians came on time which hasn't been our experience with other companies in the past. Both electricians put their masks on before entering the business and maintained social distancing throughout the entire visit. They were quick and knowledgeable and even left me with a cheat sheet to help when we buy replacement bulbs in the future! I look forward to working with them in the future for both large and small projects! THANK YOU DCE & your entire team!
