Never gets back to the customer when a job is needed to be done until the customer gets fed up wth being put on the back burner and goes somewhere else...i would never in my life recomend this company or want someone to waist their time and effort to call this day or night electric because they just blow you off in the end and dont care about the customer or their needs

This customer got left in the dark! Apparently, our small home project didn't have enough amps to electrify their need for high-voltage profit$, so the lines of communication got swiftly cut -- i.e., we never heard back from them.

The service I received was better than I expected by a wide margin. I will definitely be calling them for all future electrical issues.

The work when it gets done is great. Lack of employees is creating a back log. Takes forever to get to the projects. Scheduled appointments get cancelled a lot. But would recommend them. Just don't expect the work to happen overnight. They do have to prioritize. People without electricity go first.

I needed a 240-volt outlet for a new dryer installed ASAP. I contacted multiple electricians in Roseburg, but Day or Night was the only one who returned my call and then worked to fit me into their busy schedule last minute. They came out within just 2 days and had the new dryer outlet installed perfectly. Both technicians were on-time, professional, knowledgable, and even took the time to double check my electrical panel because my old 240 outlet was a complete fire hazard (from the previous homeowner). It also helps that the technicians were kind people, which I appreciate when having workers in my home. Thank you Day or Night!

So these guys came and installed a light in my attic per new code since the house was built. When they left my sons room and the adjoining bathroom had no power. They came back but couldn’t figure it out. It was the weekend and I was fine with them coming back on Monday so everyone could enjoy their weekend. A month later still not fixed. They didn’t answer when I called. I left a message and the never returned my call. Ran into one of the employees in town. He said someone should call you still no call and not fixed.

Never got back to me never answered the phone after initial call sent them pictures and they never even opened it
