Reviews of local pros in Roseburg, Oregon

From our inquiry, to their on-site estimate, to project completion, everything happened in record time. The crew was enthusiastic, energetic, efficient, and very safety conscious. Everyone, from business owner to crew, worked to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their performance and end result. Cannot recommend Advanced Tree Service of Roseburg highly enough. Will definitely use their services in the future!!

We were VERY PLEASE ! They arrived on time. The 4 men worked together as a team. No complaining if they needed to stop what they were doing to help one of their team members. They took down a dead oak one segment at a time. Didn’t come close to dropping it on the neighbor’s fence or the pipes that were above ground. No complaining or bickering or foul language Just a nice bunch of guys working together and doing a Super job. They cleaned up all the debris left by the previous owner and her tenants and when they were done they were nice enough to cut 16 inch rounds of the tree they had dropped and took
it upon themselves to cut and stack the limbs that had been left by the last company we had remove a couple of fallen trees. We will be having them back to do some hardscape in our yard come summer. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I can start with this team really works as a team and everyone works from start to finish. We've had this company complete 3 projects for us over the past 6 months and they have gone to great lengths to ensure that the project is completed to the best of their ability. Steven and Ryan compliment one another really well as leaders and Steven's team really goes above and beyond to pull the look off. We had a 2 day project completed on 19 & 20 March and they demonstrated safety and the overall look of the property. There was a since of pride in their work. They had a young lady this go-round and she did an awesome job showing those guys how it's done. Collectively, they worked well together and we are very pleased. There are no upcharges and there is no shady business. Just hardwork and dedication to job. Let there team handle your tree business and you will be pleased. Thanks team.

Advanced tree care is by far the most professional tree service we have used in over 25 years. They exceeded every exception, came quickly to check out our trees, gave us the cost immediately, came early and cleaned everything up. We absolutely will use them again.

Steve, Ryan and crew worked their butts off in my property clearing up much of what the February snow brought down. They worked here for the 3 days we agreed on and 2 more after I saw the quality of their service.
In addition these guys are easy to work with and take directions well. I am a hands-on person so I had them do other things as they progressed.
They cleaned up their work areas well and piled up all the firewood length rounds they cut up, and there are dozens of them! My property is not flat so much of their work was battling an uphill slope.
Also, Steve ground several stumps for no extra charge, which the other local tree trimming outfits do not! If I ever need a tree trimming service again I will call these people first.

They did a splended job. Great team work. Very careful with the landscape. They were sate with our tall tree hanging over our home and for themselves. Highly recommend them. They cleaned up and made things look good like they found it.

Crew was efficient, polite and on time for our job. Each worker seemed to know their respective job and when and where to support their co-workers. Debris was removed and our property was cleaner than when they arrived. Great value.

They came and took down a really big pine tree that was very close to our home. They did a most professional job and an awesome job. Will definitely have them back to do more work on our property. I am beyond pleased with their work. Thank you Advanced Tree Service so much.

Advanced Tree Service just took a large oak tree down for us in our back yard. They were prompt and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up all the debris and left the salvageable wood neatly piled for our convenience. I would highly recommend them. They did what was promised.

They arrived on time to bid the job. The price was very affordable. I gave them the ok to do the removal of the trees and stumps. They were out the very next day, and cleaned everything up. I would recommend advanced tree
Service to anyone. Would definitely use them again.

Two trees were cut down on my place and the job was well done. No damage to neighbors car cause they were very careful. Also they cleaned up very good. Even cleaned up the leaves ty for a good job.

Recently we have had 5 large difficult trees taken down! Do not hesitate to hire this company, excellent workmanship, they really care and want to do a good job and do a good job! They said they would be here at a certain time and were here at that time and did an excellent job cleaning it all up! They actually care!

Great work ethic on these people.!! , It shows in all aspects of their work. Did an amazing job with clearing out multiple trees and trimming back my Cypress trees. Didn't know my yard it could look that good. Very fair prices I highly recommend them. It's nice to know there are such dedicated professional businesses in our county.

Did very good work. Fast and able to schedule fast in the same week as the estimate( non emergency situation). There was a mix up on the time --but the honesty, professional behavior of the entire crew, skill, fair price, and thourough clean up made that little detail totally worth it. I would recommend Advanced and would definitely hire them again.

Steve and his crew are top notch! With crazy low prices. They go above and beyond expectations, too! Steve really is an artist as well as the hardest worker I've ever seen. The precision and speed ! WOW! Plus, they did extras like clean up old leaf and brush piles - our place is so much cleaner and neater than ever!

Advanced Tree Service Douglas County came to our house within hours of calling for an estimate to remove trees. They were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They removed numerous trees, limbed up several trees, ground stumps, chipped branches & cut the trees for firewood. The whole crew was hard working, fast, efficient & they cleaned up afterwards. The cost for their services was very reasonable. Thanks for a job well done! We highly recommend them & would call them again.

Super disappointed in this company. They didn't do a service for me but when they were cutting trees down at a home next to mine they dropped the top of a tree and a big branch over my fence. Braking stuff on my property. There is no way the didnt notice this happened and they didn't take care of it when contacted about it. Super bummed.

While I was walking the area I ran into Advance Tree Service asked Steven to stop by and give me a Quote and he did. Price was with in my budget so he did the work. Couple of weeks later called them back for both of my neighbors and Advance performed work for them. Both of my neighbors were very happy with there work. I highly recommend Advance Tree Service.

Steve and his crew just finished up a job at our Roseburg home, removing a very large old but dying cherry tree and a 30' redwood with multiple trunks whose roots were threatening to tear up a cinder block wall. I could not be happier with the quality and value of their work. Very reasonably priced, arrived when they promised, worked very efficiently and cleaned up beautifully after the work was complete. And they planted two new replacement trees. All work was completed as we had agreed. I will certainly use Advanced Tree Service again for similar service when I need them and I highly recommend them.

Once I called Steven, he quickly came out to give me a bid that was the most reasonably priced compared to the others. There was little delay in doing the work. Removal of 15 trees, chipping the branches, bucking up the wood in 16 inch rounds, and 27 stump grindings. He arrived on time with a bucket truck, chipper, tractor with a "gripper" and a crew of seven including a climber. It was a huge job with location restraints and many giant oak trees. The men were organized, respectful of me and my property, put everything where I asked, and left a clean job site. Without asking, Steven and a helper came back the next day to tidy up as needed. Thank you Steven and the crew of Advanced Tree Care of Roseburg. It was a huge job very well done!

They came on a Saturday to give me a price and it was an excellent price, within budget. Then were able to come do the job within a week. They were amazing. Took extra care with everything they did. Stopped anything from falling in my neighbors yard, raked and cleaned any debris, down to sweeping the sidewalk and street. They moved a Halloween decoration and then put it back when they were done. Cut all the logs into 16" pieces so we could split and haul for family members fire wood. Everything they did was above and beyond expectations. They even trimmed a remaining tree.

I would recommend Advanced Tree Service to anyone, what a great company to have here in Douglas County.
