Don came over and fixed our issue!
We have a blue star oven and cooktop, and haven’t been able to find anyone who services these in the Salem area. The receptionist was super nice, and they were able to schedule me within a few days of calling (it was not an urgent issue). Not sure why they have such a low rating on here, but they were great for me so I definitely recommend. Thanks Don, you’re the man!

I called Appliance Hospital in Salem because they advertised that they worked on SubZero units. The women who answered the phone were gracious and helpful and arranged for a technician to come out the following day. Don called before he came, was kind and patient and Extremely Knowledgeable and my unit and very thorough in diagnosing the problem. After discussing the solution we arrived at a plan and he immediately contacted their supplier for parts availability. Even though it was late on a Friday he got the parts ordered. He then scheduled 2 appointments for consecutive days just incase the parts were late. They arrived on time and he came out and did the repair work. He even waited patiently for me to clean some behind the scenes surfaces. The job was exactly what the estimate was. I can’t recommend this company enough. Fast. Friendly. Highly efficient.

Doug was super polite, quick and knowledgeable. He explained some of the common issues with our Subzero so that we don’t need to call him back soon.
