Roofer were smoking cigarettes while on roof after being informed it is a smoke free campus and threw there butt's on the ground. Very unprofessional.

Professional, punctual, dependable, friendly, efficient. Got on the roof and started working immediately, no messing around. Did a great job, and a thorough clean-up. Even returned to "button up" something that didn't feel complete to him. Very fair price too. Would reccomend them to anyone! Can't go wrong with those guys!

We met Tyler when we ran into an issue finishing out clubhouse for our newly built Class A apartment complex. The mix up was between the designer, cabinet manufacturer, and the GC on design. Finger pointing going around on who was to blame why the stove vent did not line up with the stove. Our options were to tear out the cabinets or completely redesign. Neither option was acceptable. My partner brought in Tyler that loves to solve hard problems. He was able to create a custom vent that was hand crafted, incorporate floating shelves. and the outcome was beautiful.

Since then, we have used Tyler on various projects on our home. The most recently completed two weeks ago was to remodel our kids' rooms and bath. The bright blue paint, stars and moon tile, and striped wallpaper just didn't work anymore. Once again Tyler executed our vision perfectly. Unlike a lot of contractors, Tyler actually does a lot of the critical work himself. His attention to detail, creativity, and skill makes a huge difference. When he does use a sub-contractor for work, he actually managers the sub. Any issue, he addresses it proactively and does not pass the buck. I highly recommend Tyler. You will get what you want and a fair price.

Tyler has done a lot of work for me over the many years everything from flooring to a covered patio to building a 600 square ft. FULL functioning ADU house on my lot. His work is pristine. Stays in budget and easy to work with, we communicated the entire project(s) I one million % recommend Tyler for any remodels, additions or new builds!

On my home of approximately 30 years old, Tyler came to my rescue on many issues. Most stemming from living at the Pacific Ocean and facing due south greeting all the wind rain and storms. Tyler found unseen dry rot that will undermine your home when you’re not aware. Tyler and crew repaired two sides of my home, and will return in summer when the rains go mostly away. Tyler Cornelius Construction has completed many projects for us. We have used them for our duplexes for major repairs and updates, at our Salem home, including complete French door replacement, a deck and staircase from the ground up to the second story, painted our home exterior and interior, including our shop, floor replacement, and built a beautiful bar/ mini kitchen in our bonus room, and updated our lighting. We also hired Tyler’s company to do numerous repairs and updates in our Detroit Lake home. Talk about above and beyond! I reached out to AM Construction for a quote on repairing a small area of wood rot on the exterior of my home. Juan came by promptly and texted me reasonable estimate right after his visit, and we were able to schedule the work for later that week.

While they were here, not only did they pressure wash under the eaves all around my home along with my front pathway (for no extra charge), but they touched up the paint on some other spots on the exterior that were peeling (they took a sample to Home Depot to get a custom match since I didn’t have any extra). And then . . . my gas stopped working (I realized later that the seismic shutoff device was likely tripped due to the vibration from the drilling), and Richard figured out how to reset it and re-lit the pilot light on my water heater to get it working again. They saved me the time and hassle of having to contact the gas company, make an appointment, and potentially go a whole weekend without gas while waiting to get it fixed.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
