Fence Contractor reviews in Salem, Oregon

Their services are so amazing that we can not select any other company when we have use them once.

I highly recommend, Ofir. He's such a hard worker and is the man to get any job done right. You can put your confidence in him.

Best roof cleaning company in Salem I've found. They did great work!

Capital maintenance is the best! Do yourself a favor and check them out! Very impressed with the work they do! very professional and very pleased with the pricing!

They were extremely nice and very informative about their services. They took their time and even gave us some great tips and tricks when using! I honestly thought I would just use them forever.

Capitol maintenance has done a lot of work on my home. We love they're business and would recommend them too friends and family!

Every aspect of our project of removing four very large trees was handled promptly and professionally. We had a response within a hour of making an inquiry to be followed up with an estimate the day following. The two man team that came out a few days later were incredible. To be specific they knew what they were doing. The team headed by Dominic had to navigate a dangerously steep slope on loose ground while not damaging any nearby landscaping and sprinklers. That was all impressive but so was their cleanup. The stumps were cut as close to the ground as possible and every bit of debris was removed. All I can say is that my husband and I were VERY pleased. We plan to use them for more projects and have already recommended them to others. Thank you United Structures.

Great job installing black aluminum picket fencing. They had the best price and best warranty - lifetime - and transfersble to subsequent owner. Highly recommended company.

Very professional company with a great reputation. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I will be utilizing their services in the near future. Fantastic services backed by people of character and integrity.

Repaired exterior door that would not stay closed. Diagnosed and repaired in one trip. Works great now. Very pleased with their responsiveness and resourcefulness.

Perfectionists. They really took their time with each and every detail. Had windows, gutters and Moss removal done. 5000sqft and 3 stories; It was a big project, but Dom gave me an honest bid with a handshake. Perfect service. Didn't know that still existed.

Dominic and another employee cleaned the moss from our two-story home, cleaned the gutters, and surrounding area. They both did an excellent job, and we will be hiring them again. Thank you, Gary and Kathy Blaine

Dom was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! I will most definitely hire him again when I need maintenance on my roof! Local contractor which is nice as well. Thanks again my roof looks great!

United Structures is a great tree service company. I recently had several oak trees removed and am very pleased by the service they provided. Dominic and Ernesto are diligent and hard workers, always courteous, accommodating of my wishes and respectful of my property. Office manager Izzy kept me up to date of the estimate and scheduling of the project. I will use their service again if needed and recommend the company to others.

I have yet to conduct business with this company, but a close friend of mine and employee of theirs, Ofir, has highly recommended to me the use of this company. If the rest of the company is as hardworking as he is, as he vouches, I can't wait to see the work they do when I schedule them.

They did a great job cleaning our gutters. Unfortunately, when we made the appt, they did not tell us they only take cash or checks for payment. After the work was completed, the gentleman asked for payment, we always pay with a card since we haven't owned checks in years. He said they would just email an invoice and we could pay online.this was the Friday of memorial weekend. We were out of town for the weekend and did not have phone or internet service. On Monday, labor day, we got a nasty message insisting we pay immediately! We called as soon as we got into town to make a payment and got a answering machine. Got the invoice in a email sent Saturday and paid it immediately. I would suggest this business makes sure they tell their customers they only take cash or check so they're is no need for nasty phone messages.

I live in an established neighborhood. My sidewalks and driveway were covered in moss. I never thought of cleaning them. I was just going to replace them. Capitol Maintenance came and pressure washed them for me. It's amazing how well they look! I think they had to work carefully too because the concrete looked brittle in some areas. Thank you for being so careful and doing such a great job! It all looks decades newer!

Dominic came out to do moss removal on our two story house and clean all exterior windows. He did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again.

We had the most wonderful experience using this company. From the quote process to the quality of the work and everything in between, we are very satisfied with the services we rendered from united structures! Definitely recommending them to anyone who asks and we have already had several neighbors and friends inquire about who we used since it really looks amazing!

We hired United structures to clean up and haul away a very large collection of tree and yard debris from the Salem ice storms. They were prompt, professional and thorough. They worked rapidly and completed all debris removal, even cleaning up small pieces of trees and leaving the area extremely clean. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

Capitol Maintenance cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago and they still look great, even after all this crazy rain. Our house was noticeably brighter inside after the windows were cleaned. Very professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend Capitol Maintenance for any window cleaning needs.
