On July 15, Salem Oregon Gutter Service replaced an old, cheap and damaged gutter on a large shop building with a completely new, larger gutter and downspout. The three workers were knowledgeable, personable, and knew how to work together to complete the job as efficiently as possible, and explained to me what they were doing at each step. They cleaned up lots of tree debris that had collected in the old gutter that fell out when it was taken down, as well as all the old gutter pieces. The fascia board on the shop was only 1" thick, so they marked it where the rafter tails connected so they could fasten the gutters at the rafters, making for a stronger attachment. I was totally pleased with their work. Also, their price was lower than another bid, and they came out to do the work within a couple of weeks. Next time I need gutter work, I'll call them again.

The guys were on time, worked steady and were done in a few hours. The gutters look great. Finished product and service is better than we thought. They took the old down and cleaned it up and hauled them away. We couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely would highly recommend them.

Lucas was very thorough and helpful with answering our questions as he helped me understand their product(s) and provided multiple proposals. He even made a special trip to our house to show us their color options. Courtney was always very polite and professional when I called to ask additional questions and to schedule the work. We had many questions about the gutter guard they use as well as making sure the colors matched our home. At a certain point, I'm sure they were tired of hearing from me but they didn't let my persistence outwardly irritate them in any way. Micah called 45 minutes prior to his arrival and came to our home to install the gutters on time. He was sure to verify the work being done upon his arrival, and was also very polite. Time will tell how the gutters and guard perform but with their lifetime warranty and my experience from the he installation, my hopes are high that they'll be fine and even if there is any issue(s), they'll quickly respond to any concerns.

I had this company out to install brand new gutters and down spouts all the way around the house. Theu did a great job looks really nice. They showed up got right to work and where only here a few hours. I would recommend this company. The price was cheaper than other estimates i got also!!

Even with some staff issues and rescheduling, the crew showed up with notice, day expected, and had excellent service. Aligned a gutter, removed a rain barrel, and installed guards on downspouts. Knocked it out and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use again.

I have used Oregon gutter service for many years, and they never fail to perform. The timing and the workman for my particular project turned out amazing. Will definitely call them the next project.

We were happy with the estimator, who came on time and explained things well. They offered to do the installation the very next day. The installation went quickly and everything looked great. The gutters seem very sturdy. HOWEVER, three days later, during a heavy rain there was water pouring over the edge of a gutter. We found that a two foot section of gutter had been installed angled the wrong direction, causing all the water to sit at one corner of the gutters. We sent photos and video of the problem, and we were told it would be sent to their warranty department. (I was expecting a response more like "I'm so sorry, we'll send a crew out to fix it right away) It has now been a week and we haven't heard back. I called and they said the warranty department is backed up because of the snow storm "a few weeks ago". It was a month ago, and hardly a major event. I understand being loaded down with work, but I don't really understand why this needed to go to the warranty department in the first place. I know there needs to be systems in place, but it seems like there could be exceptions. It will probably take them 20 minutes tops to fix it. Just call the crew and tell them to head over there. And hey, that's one less thing for the overburdened warranty department to worry about. It's especially frustrating since the estimate was immediate, the installation could be done the very next day, and it certainly didn't take long to get the bill. Now that we have already paid and there is water pouring down right next to the foundation of our 95 year old subterranean basement, there is week+ long wait just because of some paperwork. I'm sure it will be fixed eventually and we will have some quality gutters, it's just very frustrating in the mean time. Oh, I almost forgot, while doing some gardening, we found they had done serious damage to an established shrub that is probably at least 10 years old. Looks pretty bad now that we pruned off the broken branches. It sounds like this is unusual for them, and honestly I think we are cursed right now. We've had frustrating problems with fence installation, roof repair, dishwasher repair, and shower installation. Trying not to let that stuff affect my review, but I thinks 3 stars is fair.

UPDATE: After complaining to them on the phone about the delay, they sent a crew out the next day. Much appreciated. When the crew called to confirm that it had been repaired, they asked us if someone had moved the gutter in an accusatory way. Why would we do that? They sort of apologized for smashing the bush, but made a bunch of excuses for that as well.

SOGS removed the old gutters and replaced them with new and so far I'm very happy with them. They were prompt, professional and affordable. I'm eagerly anticipating the next rain so I can see them in action. One very minor issue is that I found 3 large nails from the old gutters laying around the house and one of the downspouts either came disconnected or they just overlooked it and forgot to reconnect it. I'm sort of handy with tools so I will reconnect it myself but I'm sure they'd send someone back out if I asked.

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done by Oregon Gutter Service. They were quick to give a quote and were able to do the installation the next day.
Cree and Brandon arrived on time and worked through the hottest part of the day. There was absolutely no mess left. They were done from start to finish with in 5 hours.

I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done at a reasonable cost.

I called to schedule an estimate and had one on the books for later in October. Apparently it is their practice to have someone review requests for estimates and in the process someone called to ask me some questions about my repair needs. After some discussion he said, okay I will have an estimate sent to you for your signature and then we will get you on the books for the repair as soon as it is signed. I have to be honest, they were so quick and efficient it all happened so comprehensively and with so little effort on my part, I can't even give a perfect timeline. I have NEVER had any home repair, contract work, or even an estimate go as smoothly or as quickly. I realized this morning that the original date for an estimate can be deleted from my calendar because the whole job is already done! It looks great and I am so relieved it is finally repaired and it didn't cost a fortune! Thank you Oregon Gutter Service!!
