They didn’t even show up. Turned their work phone off so couldn’t even reach them. My appointment was at 10, they missed it because they went to the “wrong address” then they we’re supposed to be here by 12:30 with their best cleaner Cristina….No one. Not even a check in. Poor customer service. Do not recommend. Threw my entire day off.

I have never written a bad review but this situation needs to be known by others.
#1 Very unprofessional
Pacific's Green Cleaning scheduled an appointment last week for yesterday with a no call or show. After I called & messaged they finally messaged back apologizing & rescheduled for today. No call or show once again. I had to reach out AGAIN for the second time. I did eventually get one. I was told today after the second stand up that the quote they gave me was to cheap for staff to drive to my location. Shouldn't that be known before a quote is given? Everyone's time is valuable & this business took mine. No communication whatsoever besides arranging times to meet & then not show up twice. Waste of time. -
