Josh was extremely informative, explaining to me about my heat pump. He has explained the cost of a heat pump and also told me about the PGE program which helps sr. citizens on SS. I was very impressed with his willingness to answer questions and very polite.

Isaiah did a diagnosis quickly and got the part ordered. He was cordial and informative. We are very happy with him and Advantage.

Very friendly staff. We just moved into our house and they taught us about our smart thermostat. We had a service on the system, HEPA filtration installed, and duct cleaned. We would recommend them to anyone.

Service Tech Dakota was awesome!

Friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Additionally, while performing the semi-annual maintenance, he alerted us to a sizable wasp nest that was burrowed in our side yard. That kind of assertiveness is priceless.

Nobody likes getting bad news about their furnace, but Tom and Gabriel were great. They showed professionalism, explained what we had, connected us for follow up consultation about options, and Tom even extricated the dead mouse from the wiring. lol

We decided to get Advantage VIP because of these two gentlemen.

Matt H. came to my home and had my ductless mini‑split up and running in about 45 minutes. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. I was so impressed that I signed up for their VIP maintenance plan—and I’m hoping Matt will be the one to service my unit in the future. Thank you, Advantage, for having such a pro on your team!

Service technician was very friendly and helpful. Also informed me on how my HVAC system is doing. Will have him back to access the AC when it gets warmer.

Juan was very pleasant to work with and did a great job helping us get our situation sorted out. Went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and was very responsive, even during a hectic holiday stretch. Can't recommend him or Advantage enough!

We had Advantage install new furnace and AC unit last week. They did everything they said they were going to do in the time frame they promised.
The salesman was great to work with, asked a lot of questions about the house and future plans for our house to be sure we purchase the right equipment that we need.
The installers came on the day specified, were professional and courteous. The office texted or emailed us every step of the way, confirming times and let us know the names of the installers and let us know that they were on the way.
Terrific service from start to finish, I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Advantage Heating. Jacob was my technician, and he was professional and courteous. Very good at explaining, in detail, what was going on with my system and what was needed to get it working efficiently. I didn't feel pressured or uneasy about anything. Highly recommend!

The lovely technician was very thorough and full of information for all my questions. She had to rearrange some things to be able to get to my units and she was quite thoughtful about putting everything back just as it was. The office help was great about rescheduling my tune-up to fit my schedule.

Great service. Quick, courteous, and professional. We received a new HVAC install, and the techs even restored old old unit to keep us warm until the new install was done, amazing! A highly experienced team which we would highly recommend.

Quality service still exists! Every step of the process exceeded my expectations. Angel was friendly and knowledgeable, he worked with me to find a system that met my needs as well as fit my budget. No pressure and no gimmicks. The install crew was polite and professional. They answered any question I had and were completely done with the install in ONE day! We had a technician come over for a checkup of our two hybrid systems. Jacob was thorough, efficient and a straight shooter. We’ll need further diagnostics on one system. The other is fine. We signed up for an annual maintenance contract because of Jacob’s clear explanations about the equipment.

Josh came out and started his diagnosis of our furnace that wasn't working. He found the problem, and took care of it, and we had heat again within the hour.
He also checked out the heat pump that wan't working and gave us an estimate on the repair. Josh was friendly, courteous and professional. We are very happy with Advantage heating & Air!
