Josh was extremely informative, explaining to me about my heat pump. He has explained the cost of a heat pump and also told me about the PGE program which helps sr. citizens on SS. I was very impressed with his willingness to answer questions and very polite.

Frustrated after using their VIP service for over 5 years to have their software mess up our routine maintenance schedule causing them to do service on the heating and cooling in the same appointment, not a big deal but not what I pay the monthly fee for. I asked for an additional vent cleaning to include the dryer vent and was quoted $169. My text to their scheduler was very clear I wanted the vents to include the dryer vent in addition. I was told both appointments were made. I took the time off work to accommodate both. When the technician showed up to do the vents I was told they were only going to do the dryer vent. I said that is not what I scheduled. The technician told me that they would do the dryer vent and I could schedule another appointment for the other vents. The technician mentioned the dryer vent is included in the vent pricing…. Why would I pay twice for the service I requested? Once now for the dryer and then again for the other vents. I turned the technician away and called the office, explained their mistake and then was quoted another number $200 more after a “discount” of $100. What happened to the $169 I was told when I scheduled the vents and dryer vent in addition? I am canceling my VIP service and will not use them again. Technicians are great but the office schedulers not so much.
