I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. I am frustrated and Mad. Bought system from this company in 2020 AC unit stopped working in 2023 parts covered labor was expensive. Now unit stopped working again in 2024. Because of the advantage I get a break of approx. 30.00 on diagnostic call (real savings). I am sure that this labor bill will be close to 2000 again. I have a system that is over 10 years old. This new system Daikin is not even lasting 5 years without constantly breaking down.

I have shopped around and compared quotes before I decided to hire Aire Serv for my AC purchase and installation. Francisco was super detail in showing me the plan and pricing. The technician Jeremiah was also very professional and did a very good job. I was always nervous about making big purchases like this but I was happy to have found Aire Serv.

Not sure if my A/C is functioning properly at this point. Cool air is not coming out after this service. I can’t view the invoice until I write a review so I’m giving 3 stars for now. The technician who came out in June was very nice and professional.
Called the office to get someone to take a look because my A/C was given a clean bill of health in June and now there is a $120 charge to check this out.
