Had CJ Hansen out at the end of January for routine inspection/maintenance on the hyrdronic radiant floor heating system in a house I just bought. The technician did a good job, and I appreciated him explaining to me how the system works. He recommended two items for follow up repair, and said that I would receive a quote “soon”. In the meantime I got an invoice for the inspection/maintenance in the mail and paid the invoice upon receipt. All good so far. The problem is that I haven’t received any follow up regarding the two repairs. I called on Feb 11 to ask about the quote. I was told that they would get it to me soon. I called again on March 4 to ask again about the quote and scheduling repair. Again, I was told that they’ve been busy, but I would get one soon. It’s now March 22 and I have yet to get a quote or schedule the work. It should be a simple quote and I don’t understand why it’s taking so long.
