This company hits all the requirements on my humble list needed to earn my business. Professional, great communication with updated arrival times via text, honest, and less expensive than the big outfits. They gave me options to maximize my current HVAC situation while prepping me for my future needs. They didn’t just sell me on their most profitable package. The best way to explain it is they acted as if they were in that situation and maneuvered that way, cost effectively. And I’m the end earned a current new furnace customer and a future A/C install customer. Highly recommend.

KAPS was super responsive before the job ever even started. They have great communication. I work long days, so I wasn’t able to respond to a text until late in the evening about them coming sooner to install my A/C unit. The person still texted me back right away at 10:30 pm. We set up an appointment on Tuesday. Gary and Connor showed up within the window that KAPS said they would. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. The job lasted for the better part of the day until about 3:30 pm. It was easy to set up the A/C on my ecobee thermostat. It seems to be working properly, although I will obviously test it when the air outside is hotter than inside. From the time I reached out to companies to the time the work was completed took less than a week! Fast turnaround and great service. Would definitely recommend KAPS!
