Heater died and I had their technician came out and he isolated the problem to the Ignition Control Board. This heater has a single printed circuit board with spade and plug connections. Technician was knowledgeable and the cost was $99 for the diagnosis. They called the next AM to discuss the price and wanted $950 to replace the board. I ordered the board online for $200 and replaced it myself. Took about an hour and there was nothing complicated to deal with. Hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. The replacement board I received was OEM and exactly the same as the original one. Overcharging customers who are without heat doesn't feel like a way to get repeat customers or good word of mouth reviews. Won't go back.

oh my, did Day Heating help solve a $1225.00 electric bill!! Yes we need some parts but they gave use great ideas to make it until the parts come in. They have always provided excellent service for us since 2006!

It was really fantastic that the technician was able to come to our home early this morning rather than the 1ish time-slot this afternoon..That was GREAT!! He was very knowledgeable in his business..We feel represents his company Great..MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!
