oh my, did Day Heating help solve a $1225.00 electric bill!! Yes we need some parts but they gave use great ideas to make it until the parts come in. They have always provided excellent service for us since 2006!

It was really fantastic that the technician was able to come to our home early this morning rather than the 1ish time-slot this afternoon..That was GREAT!! He was very knowledgeable in his business..We feel represents his company Great..MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I basically needed an entire new system. Originally, my ductwork was in the crawlspace and was continually being ruined so my option was an entire new system in the attic. I had at least four companies entirely ghost me after giving me a quote because of its complexity. Luke at Day Heating was able to design a great system for my needs. He and the entire company have been incredibly accommodating and thorough, almost to a fault. The installers were actually disappointed that they couldn’t be here when the system went online to see at work. Day Heating doesn’t service the Portland area because of the travel expenses and after hearing my nearly one year search for a company to do my system, he chose to show pity on me and help me out. The one local company that gave me a quote but not for the system I wanted, was very nearly the exact same price. I am so happy with the experience with Luke, Ahren and the team that I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Friendly and honest company. The technicians are always friendly and they do a great job maintaining my furnace and air conditioning unit.

From start to finish, I have been incredibly impressed with this company. The quote was very reasonable and Luke took plenty of time to really hear my concerns and address them, along with all my questions. The men who did the work were hard-working, professional, and did an outstanding job! Obtaining financing through them was simple and the rates are excellent. Another great service and technician was very punctual and provided me with good information for my ductless system.

In February of 2020 our furnace went out. We decided to add AC as well. We received bids from multiple companies and chose Day. We have several friends who have used them and had good things to say about their customer service. This summer, during the record setting heatwave, our AC unit was having some problems. Casey came out and inspected our unit, ran diagnostics, and made it serviceable until the new part could be ordered and a follow up appointment could be scheduled. I got a call from the person who schedules and I let her know I was disappointed that I would have to pay for labor on a brand new system. She remained professional and let me know she would pass on my concern. I told my wife that meant I would have to give a follow up phone call as the scheduler was super busy. However, the next day Luke called to talk through the issue. They were going to do the work at no charge to me even though I was out of the warranty window for labor.

A couple days before my appointment I got another call from Luke. He shared that, after reviewing our account, he thought our unit was undersized for our house. They would be replacing it with the next size up. I was very impressed. They could have simply fixed the part and been done with it, but they put their customer first. After the work was done I received a follow up phone call from Luke checking to make sure everything was working well. We have noticed a big difference in the comfort of our home since the work was completed.

Day Heating and Cooling has demonstrated exceptional customer service and I highly recommend them.

Forest did a great job taking care of our Heating And Air-Conditioning system having a clean system helps us not have to invest thousands of dollars in the future thanks again.

The tech was great. He kept me posted with his progress and answered all my questions. It looked like he was being very thorough and paid attention to detail. The system is working perfectly (and so much quieter than the old one).

Great folks and skilled installers. We needed a new HVAC system and hot water heater. Got quotes from 4 vendors. Paul from Day was awesome to work with regarding equipment, rebates, and costs. The crews arrived on-time, were overly helpful in answering questions, pleasant, and professional. Installation was over 3 days, every day on-time, on schedule, and positive attitude. Completed install on schedule, walked though operation of system, and they even went above and beyond to ensure that mistakes that were made by the original system installer (not Day) were corrected. They proactively looked to resolve prior installation issues, which was super helpful and appreciated. I would highly recommend Day Heating and Cooling.

We have been customers for years with Day and finally needed a new furnace. We got bids from three companies and decided to remain with Day Heating. The price was fair, the quality of work was excellent, and everyone affiliated with the business was very professional. We are satisfied customers.

Day Heating provides outstanding service. We had our furnace checked out and a new filter was installed. Our service tech was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Day heating is #1. We purchased a new furnace and ac cooling unit from them and installed two years ago.

We replaced an aging furnace and air conditioner with a hybrid heat pump and furnace. The work was quick and done well. There was a problem about 6 months later with the heat pump and they honored the warranty with several visits from the very nice tech to get it right. Now it’s been a year and we love the system—it’s quiet and efficient. We just had the yearly maintenance done and the tech is so nice and again it was a seamless process.

The very best you could hope for in a company. Everyone acted in unison to exceed my expectations. I had an emergency. I am not healthy and elderly. My old furnace was leaking gas and carbon monoxide into my home. The other company that Fidelity National Warranty Company sent let me down. I called Day and they install
ed a high efficiency furnace and solved my dangerous situation in record breaking time at the right price. Every one at Day were professional and really caring. You must call Day and have them save and help you as they did me.

June13, 2025. Forest was my tech today. Forest exceeds my expectations.
Forest should have his very own TV commercial. That good and better.
I would say, Forest comes to your home with a very friendly professional courteous personality.
Very efficient and knowledgeable. Can give you the best answer to any question with his on going training and awareness of HVAC systems and energy efficiency.

Dont even consider using another company even if they say they are cheaper. There's a reason. They can't measure up to Forest and Day Heating and Cooling of Salem.
