After years of frustration with previous trying to heat my historical Victorian home, with no help from previously used companies, I found Woodward Heating! From beginning to end, original phone conversation to installation and follow up, I was more than 100% satisfied. the initial consult was FREE, and he spend more than 1 ½ hours gong over my house, pros and cons of what I had, a ductless heat pump that could not warm but small area, and not very well, and a furnace that had not worked well (thus tried heat pump). The previous furnace had been installed in properly, unknown to me. In any case, I liked their knowledge and input about my possible solutions so I said yes to a York Funrnace, it was installed in less than a day, they removed my old furnace, they cleaned up and were off by 3:00. All installers were friendly, on task, and when they turned on the furnace I had heat like I hadn’t had in this house for over 20 years. And the price was right, and offered 0% financing for 18 months! The house was warm in a matter of hours, each room. With high ceilings and lots of Victorian windows, and little wall insulation that was a real surprise. No longer do I have to put expensive electric heaters in bedrooms and baths. They installed three new ducts where needed. All in all FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this company. Next I will get a new tankless water heater from them.

Fair pricing. Kind employees both by phone and in my home. Technician PJ went above and beyond the scope of work. They came when they said they would. I can’t say anything negative. I will be using them for any future needs for plumbing, heating and cooling.

We had new flexible heating and air conditioning ducts installed. Everyone at Woodward from estimate, office people and installers were professional, kind and helpful as the install was completed in 2 days. The installers were very concerned about no heat during the 2 days but made sure we had heat overnight in bedrooms. I would not hesitate to have them back again and again!

I had my furnace serviced, a new toilet installed and they also inspected underneath the house to make sure the toilet leak did not cause additional damage and measured water pressure. Great overall experience from my first phone call to final install. Phone was answered promptly and appointment scheduled right away. Communication of technician arrival was timely and they arrived on time. All of the personnel were kind, helpful and very professional. I would definitely use Woodward again if needed.

I had Woodward replace my entire hvac system to include all ductwork. They were always on time and kept me apprised of the project details daily. Jonathan and the entire team were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Work site was always clean and organized. He ensured I was satisfied during the entire project and did an in-depth review of the new system and how it operated.

They explained everything and let me know all of the options I had. It was a great experience and I'm excited for my new AC and gas furnace. The installation guys were awesome and worked very hard.

I appreciated their availability to come out the same day. The tech worked on the furnace until he resolved the issue, which ended up being a bit complicated. Important to have heat in the dead of winter. Especially with littles in the house. So grateful for their service, and reasonable price! I’d definitely recommend Woodward, and will call on them for future HVAC needs!

Excellent service the whole way through. Grabbed 4 different quotes for a new heat pump and these guys were several thousand $ cheaper, no pressure sales tactics, and didn’t try to upsell me at all. Great communication from Ray before and after the install. Super friendly and professional crew. Can’t say enough good things!

We had a wonderful experience with the technician who came out to inspect our gas furnace. From the beginning, he was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through exactly what he was checking, explained the condition of our older furnace, and helped us understand when it’s still worth investing in repairs and when replacement starts to make more financial sense. His honesty and ability to explain things clearly made us feel confident in our next steps. Outstanding service — highly recommend. We won't be going anywhere else for any future repairs. Man! Talk about quick service! I called their office mid-afternoon to request a quote. They would have someone available the next morning. Their guy was at my house less than an hour later.

A quick look-around, some pressure testing and space measurements taken. Less than 30 minutes later, I was presented with quotes for a standard electric water heater or a heat pump water heater. Either could be installed the next morning.
After a few questions regarding the energy savings offered by it, I opted for the heat pump version. A quick swipe of my credit card and I was told the install team would be at my house around 9:00 the following morning.

I got a call at 8:30 telling me they were already sitting in my driveway!

After less than 3 hours, the two installers (Mark and the young man who was interested in "talking cars" with me) were firing it up and explaining what I needed to know to operate the heat pump - allowing me ample opportunity to ask lots of questions.

Both installers were very friendly, courteous, clean and efficient.
