This company hits all the requirements on my humble list needed to earn my business. Professional, great communication with updated arrival times via text, honest, and less expensive than the big outfits. They gave me options to maximize my current HVAC situation while prepping me for my future needs. They didn’t just sell me on their most profitable package. The best way to explain it is they acted as if they were in that situation and maneuvered that way, cost effectively. And I’m the end earned a current new furnace customer and a future A/C install customer. Highly recommend.

KAPS was super responsive before the job ever even started. They have great communication. I work long days, so I wasn’t able to respond to a text until late in the evening about them coming sooner to install my A/C unit. The person still texted me back right away at 10:30 pm. We set up an appointment on Tuesday. Gary and Connor showed up within the window that KAPS said they would. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. The job lasted for the better part of the day until about 3:30 pm. It was easy to set up the A/C on my ecobee thermostat. It seems to be working properly, although I will obviously test it when the air outside is hotter than inside. From the time I reached out to companies to the time the work was completed took less than a week! Fast turnaround and great service. Would definitely recommend KAPS!

We had an amazing experience with Valley View HVAC. When all other companies were booked out for a few days. We received a phone call from them saying they can fit us in. Really quick turnaround and very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Gave me the asked for heads up and was right on time. Very knowledgeable about the issues at hand. I felt I could trust and rely on his assessment and ability.

John, Conner, and John did a fantastic job! I feel like my HVAC has a clean bill of health and is ready for the next year. They did a great job answering my questions and explaining to me what they were doing as well as giving me a few tips on things I can do myself to keep my system in tip top shape. Will definitely be calling these folks again next year!

They were quick to respond and Austin was very knowledgeable. I thought I needed a whole new furnace, but he also offered a repair that would keep my unit running for at least a few years. Saved me tons of money! Very honest company.

Ken was amazing! He easily diagnosed the problem and provided a great explanation of the problem and how it can be avoided in the future. He thoroughly explained our options and provided great recommendations.

Plus, their diagnostic price was much cheaper than many of the other companies we reach out to, even for a weekend appointment!

KAPS was great to work with. They were able to send someone to my house just a couple days after calling. Jon A was punctual with great communication. He was able to fix our HVAC system very quickly and kindly explained to me what went wrong and some tips on maintaining our system. They will definitely be my go to for HVAC needs.

Very happy with the service; they answered my call quickly and were able to get a tech out the next day. Austin was friendly and knowledgeable; solved the problem in less than an hour. Definitely going to call them again if I need more help with my AC.

Exceeded our expectations, relieved that the AC unit did not require replacement, Jon performed the proper diagnostics and serviced the unit as needed to get it up and running in a heat wave. Appreciated that they came out well before any other company said they could come out, lifesavers in that regard. Highly professional and easy to work with, clearly communicating the results of their assessment and options for repair. Would use again and recommend to others in need of AC repair and/or servicing.

Great overall experience with KAPS and will definitely use again! On the first AC run of the year not only did the AC not come on but it tripped a fuse in the furnace fan so nothing was working. I requested quotes online and KAPS was one of the first to respond AND provided a quick appointment time, reasonable price, and clear communication. I really appreciated that I could just text my confirmation and received text update when a sooner time became available! So convenient! The technician was great and was able to diagnose the fuse quickly then trace it back to a faulty component in our AC unit. Can’t say enough good things about the process from start to finish!!!

Jon was excellent! KAP'S came out to fix our furnace within a day when everyone else could not come out for 3 weeks. Jon had the problem identified and repaired in 30 minutes. Friendly and professional. We will be contacting them a call when we replace purchase our heat pump.

We called because our compressor wasn't working. They were able to come the same day to inspect and ordered the board needed for install the next day. Connor did a great job and was very thorough, and found that it was actually a faulty connection left over from the last hvac guy. Glad to have a reliable and reputable team on our side.

Our AC compressor died and thus, we had to completely shut off our AC on the hottest weekend of the year - we have a new 4 lb puppy and the inside was close to 90 degrees. i am blown away by this company - even given how busy they are (it’s 100+ degrees this weekend), they sent Connor out the same day and he fixed our system within 30 minutes. This company and the techs are high caliber, professional and very good at their jobs. Highly highly recommend!!

Really great experience with the company. They knew what they were doing and diagnosed and repaired the problem, which it seems that the less skilled people who tried to service my unit prior to them had actually themselves caused. Would absolutely work with Valley View again!!

I had an excellent experience with Kap's HVAC. Ken and his team (Gary, Nino and John) were friendly, professional and thorough communicators. They did an exceptional job replacing my AC unit, working carefully and efficiently. They’re experts in their trade, truly care about the quality of their work, are highly customer focused and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done by great people. Great job guys!

This company should receive 6 stars. They installed central AC for me back in May and did any amazing job. Gary and his whole team were outstanding. They were on time, price was very reasonable and they got the job done when they said they would. Further, I ran into an issue right before the "heat wave" on a Friday and I called to let them know my AC quit working (turns out it was actually the blower motor fan in my furnace), but they showed up same day to diagnosis the issue. True professionalism and true customer care. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service/install.

Gary and John were very polite and friendly. They answers all of my questions and helped with a intake vent on my ceiling that we had been using tape to keep shut. The only slight negative I had was the excessive emails and text messages (over 20)sent to confirm the appointment. When I called to ask about this they were very apologetic and informed me they had just switched to a new message service. In reality I would rather have too much communication with a company than not enough. Gary and John impressed me so much with how helpful and friendly they were, they have made a lifetime customer out of me! I hope they get recognition for being amazing representatives of KAP’S HVAC!!!

John G, Gary, and Ken were great guys who installed my new furnace in a snap. They quadruple checked that everything was running smoothly. It was a great job. They are also just happy and funny guys who seemed to really enjoy doing the work and that is a fantastic way to treat a customer. No qualms about dropping a couple thousand for a new furnace when I know that I was taken care of by Kap's.

We have had ongoing excellent service from Kaps over the past 3 years. They are so friendly, communicate well, work hard and quickly, and overall provide the best service. We will continue to use them for any future needs! Most recently we had a new AC unit installed but they have also repaired our prior unit and replaced a part on our furnace. They always give great advice/recommendations and I trust their reps. Absolutely recommend them!

Austin was awesome! Super knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He was eager to educate me so that I can be self sufficient in the future. Heat was back up and running within 20 minutes. The scheduling team was also really communicative and clear.
