I worked with Adan from S&Q Landscape in May and had a great experience. After getting five overpriced bids, I found Adan’s website and was impressed with his fair pricing and professionalism. He brought my vision to life with a hardworking and detailed oriented team that completed everything on time - even with a last minute addition.

The project included:
Leveling the yard
Installing 238 sq ft paver patio with a retaining wall
New sod
River rock
A compacted gravel area
A paver walkway
And a small patio for my garbage bins

The transformation was amazing! I highly recommend S&Q Landscape and look forward working with Adan on future projects.

Adan was amazing to work with from start to finish. He did such a great job, taking out my old dirt rock wall and installing a beautiful retaining wall. His workers worked really hard and we’re very friendly. It only took them two days. His team also cleaned up the rest of my yard and trimmed back our apple tree that had been overgrown for many years. He was less expensive than another company’s quote and he did a few minor things on top of it. They cleaned up everything before they left. I’m looking forward to working with his company again.

Do not use if you’re outside of Salem. They give you lots of excuses.
We used them for our backyard renovation earlier this year.

-relied on my poorly drawn design for our deck
-Sent only 1 staff member to build our entire deck. (Thanks Arturo!) he was great, but I felt really bad that he was doing it all himself. I had to advocate for little details like getting the screw heads covered and securing down the tops of our railing, which turned out a little sloppy (pictures posted)
-don’t warranty their plants even though most nurseries do for a year and give excuse that we’re out of town. (Picture posted)

What an outstanding company. They do quality work with the absolute best customer service in the business. Not only that, but they are committed to supporting our community. Rich and Rob truly walk the talk and I am proud to have Green Acres as my "go-to" team for yard and home maintenance. Thank you!

We had Green Acres redo our landscaping before we sold our home a couple of years ago and they did an amazing job! They were wonderful to work with and very fair. They listened to our needs and created a plan that worked well for the space and our wallet!

Green Acres Landscaping did a wonderful job "stonescaping" my yard. I didn't even really know what I wanted to begin with but when the owner came out to give me an estimate he sounded like he had a vision and I'm so glad I let them do what they do best. They even went above and beyond and leveled out my air conditioning unit. You know you are dealing with a good company when they do things that they aren't really advertising that they do. I will definitely use Green Acres again in the future and recommend that you do as well.

I went to the new Green acres store last week, to try and find some new flowers and bushes for my front yard. I was greeted and helped with a wonderful lady who is happy to walk around with me and show me what would best fit my yard. I am a very friendly and helpful staff. I will continue to go there for my yard projects.

Not sure I can say enough good things about this place. We went there to get a tree and after searching was able to find the perfect one. We were also going to have them put a stand on it for us but the drill they needed had been locked up for the night. They asked if we could come back the next day and they would have it all ready for us. We agreed. When I came back the next day they had forgot to tag the tree and another employee sold our tree. The employees there were so apologetic and walked us all around trying to find us another one. We really didnt see one we liked so I was just going to go somewhere else. The female employee that was working there asked if we liked flocked trees which I hadn't considered because of the cost. She brought me into the showroom and had me look at all their trees. We found one that was similar to what we had picked out but the price tag was much higher. I told her that we couldn't afford that to which she told me that I was only going to pay the original amount which was significantly less. She told me that they sold my tree to someone else so it was their job to make it right. They also had it delivered and set up in our home the next day free of charge. Now that is real customer service! We will forever go back to Green Acres every year for our Christmas tree. Thank you so much for your attitudes and how you handled the situation!!!

Green Acres project manager, Melissa Mitchell, had to redo my custom parkway landscaping after a street construction job was finished. I rarely write reviews, but I'm compelled to comment about this Landscape company.
Our 2 acres of fully landscaped yard was a jungle. We were way behind in pruning, weeding, and overall care. The grass was ages old, lumpy and overrun with weeds. The trees were shaggy and unkempt. The ornamentals and shrubbery looked ill and untidy. Today it is absolutely immaculate thanks to Green Acres.
We invited 4 companies to our place to get quotes on the work. 3 of the 4 wanted to just wipe our slate clean and start over. Rich with Green Acres was the only one that showed up and had a vision utilizing what we have and his attention and knowledge of all our existing landscape was refreshing. In the end it was not price (even though they were the lowest quote), it was respect to the 25 years of time and effort we put into the landscape....regardless of how overgrown it had become.
Luis and Charles spent 45 days on the project. 5 days a week starting in mid September. They worked in the heat, the cold, and the rain. Nonstop and methodically made their way around our property. The way they worked on every plant and on every detail was wonderful. We really felt like they were sharing ownership in the landscape with us. Each day when they were done, they cleaned up behind themselves and hauled away all the debris. At no time did they leave piles of debris...not once.
Over the years, we have had other Landscape companies do work for us, but never have we felt like we wanted them to return. That way has changed for us. Green Acres will do all our work and we look forward to them coming out in February to prune the fruit trees and the ornamentals.
I cannot recommend this Landscape company enough. Their price is fair, their work ethic is unmatched, they truly do care and it shows in their work.
I know that Luis and Charles with Green Acres (amazing guys!) took before and after pics and would encourage them to chime in on this review and share if they like.

I was having several problems with my sprinkler system and called Green Acres for help. First off the lady on the phone was wonderful and very helpful. They got someone out within the week and I couldn't be happier. James was very professional and knowledgeable ... he listened to my problems and addressed everyone of them ... replacing wires, heads and reprogramming my system. He took his time till he found everything that I was concerned with. I just have to say James is an asset to their team!
I would recommend Green Acres for any of your lawn and irrigation system needs.

I would highly recommend Green Acres Landscape for lawn renovation. The Green Acres employee(Luis) was a one man renovation machine. Luis powered right through the heat to give my wife and I a beautiful new back yard and also fine tuned our irrigation for for optimal coverage. THANK YOU Green Acres Jim & Carol O.

We love our new backyard lawn. We were very happy and impressed with Lewis and his team. They worked well together and with efficiency. We found out later it was their first job together! The lawn looks great, very happy with the results.

I want to send a shout out to Louis for going above and beyond in the job he did on our old farm. He got this place looking fabulous again after being neglected for a year after my husband passed away. I know he is looking down from Heaven and mightily approving. Also Cole was great on the day I met him. Thank you all again!!!

We had Green Acres install turf in our back yard just over a year ago and have been having difficulty with them since. It started with them underestimating the amount of turf needed to complete the job and costing us an extra 5k for them to piece together the turf they had, leaving multiple seams that are still visible. They changed the layout of our back yard and moved sprinklers for the install. The sprinkler did not work and they needed to come back out and get them to run. Now they spray directly on the house. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to come out and look at the turf as we had questions about the quality of the turf as it looks like it has melted/burned and we are concerned that it might be a manufacturing defect. This process took about 10 months to finally get someone to come out and look at the turf. We told them about all of about concerns and got the feeling that we were getting brushed off/dismissed at the time. It has since been a couple of more months since they were out looking at our turf and a couple of phone calls later and we have still not heard back. I would not recommend Green Acres to do anything in your yard if you expect to have any kind of follow up questions, or for them to fix any mistakes made in installation.

Genaro and his crew arrived after days of pouring rain. Each day they cleaned up the mud before leaving for the day. The sod was placed and watered in thoroughly. The sprinkler system works great and the yards look perfect. Thanks Green Acres for a new lawn!

Have worked with Green Acres Landscape for business and personal. Outstanding commitment and performance on all jobs. The team transformed our entire yard full of dirt and weeds in front and back to beautiful lawn, flowers and plants which turned out beautiful. Neighbors were amazed to watch the work performed! Green Acres is a great company that does excellent work at a fair price. They have worked for me in 2015, 2016, and will complete the third phase of my project in Spring 2017. Each component of the project has been done carefully and expertly. They have completed a patio expansion, added forty feet of new rock wall, redesigned and expanded the existing irrigation system, added a new deck and small flagstone patio, redesigned my side yard with a curving path, large planters, and crushed rock, and redid the front yard with new contours and new sod.
They completed each phase in a way that blends their work in my the front and side yards seamlessly with what they've done in my backyard.

Green Acres' crews show up on time, complete all work carefully, and finish on budget and on time. The crews are led by experienced foremen, and all crew members are diligent and careful of the property. They leave the work areas and my whole yard neat and tidy at the end of each day's work and at the end of each phase. I have received great customer service in every step of the project from proposal to followup after the work has been completed. These are few of the reasons why I've hired them a third time to finish the last phase of my landscaping project.

Green Acres has provided monthly service for both our home and our office for the past few years. They have been consistent willing to take additional instruction throughout the process.
