Told them to find out why our toilet is constantly getting clogged up. To investigate, possibly take the toilet apart. All they did was auger it, which I do every other day. They did not want to go any further. For that we were charged $200. Next day it was back to the same old. Plus the woman on the phone was beyond rude demanding CC payment the same day when the Tech assured me we would be billed. Not a way to do business!

Jaun, and Matt did a great job. They were earlier then the appointment but did call ahead to get the okay. They were great about me adding basically a 2nd job for them to do. The pricing for the work was a bit of sticker shock. But I had them do the work anyway. I would definitely recommend A-1 and especially Jaun and Matt. They were both respectful and pleasant to work with. They answered our questions and seemed knowledgeable. The both seemed like they enjoyed what they do.

Appointment scheduled in advance and confirmed for between 8 and 10 AM. They called at 8;30 to tell me they had a service truck issue, but would be here asap. Crew showed up at 9:00, proceeded to quickly and efficiently install a new faucet on our kitchen sink. Tested with me present. Everything done just right; no mess for us to clean up, etc.
